This apartment is the ideal location in the center of town, near the lake, the highway, the shoppings center and nightlife.
The metro and train station 200 meters, serving the entire region, the EPFL University is just 5 minutes.
Easy location, close to shops and the lake.
The reason why i gave 4 stars instead of is because the sofa bed in the living room was broken so one of our kids had to sleep on a blow up mattress which was not such great quality. Evertything else was perfect.
This flat is therapeutic to stay in - it is extremely comfortable and spacious and makes for a very relaxing stay. It is very convenient for public transport to the city centre (bus and train) and for local supermarkets and shops. There is also a very nice Brasserie nearby. Superb!
Beautiful spacious apartment! Only reason I gave 4 stars not 5 is that as an American, if I hadn't lived in Europe I'd never had figured out how to work everything....blinds, oven, washing machine, coffee pot, trash, etc. I hope owner starts a guest manual like other VRBO's have. But keys were exactly where they said, it was very clean, easy to access public transport (again, directions for foreigners would be helpful), excellent Internet, safe area, grocery nearby. If you're in Lausanne this is the place to stay!
Although keys was not on spot and we had to stay that night in hotel but that was some unavoidable problems with owners.Later he gave us that apartment free for 2 nights to compensate that problem .He care for all problems and didn't charge from us .Apartment is modern and washroom was very clean.I thankful to owner ,who realized and compensate.

Großzügige Räume,sehr moderne und schicke Einrichtung, gute Informationen vom Vermieter, prima Tiefgaragenstellplatz (in Lausanne unverzichtbar).
Umgebung nicht sehr attraktiv und verkehrsreich, aber Bus, Bahn und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Stadtzentrum recht gut erreichbar.
Insgesamt ein gutes Quartier für Stadt und Umland.
