We had a wonderful stay here. The house is very clean and comfortable.

This house is definitely a great place to stay. It's very clean and home atmosphere. It has everything you could possibly need (indoors and outside). We arrived with such a warm welcome with my name printed on board, the lights and tv on. Everything was ready for us. The beds were comfortable, kitchen perfect for cooking big meal and the outside was nice andd relaxing. We didn't want to leave. Dave is wonderful. He was always available to answer questions . He us a true professional. This was my first stay here and I plan to make it my #1choicewhen I visit.

Great location and stay

Lets start by saying Dave was fast with any responses needed from him and for that I thank him. The house was nice and clean with ample room . The location was what made it for me . It was a block from the lake with plenty to do within walking distance. I will recommend this house to others and rent again if I am in the area.

It was clean and had everything you could need

A grab bar to use to step in and out of the shower would have been nice and safer for older people( we were between ages of 73 and76.). The ceiling light in the front bedroom would only stay on for a few minutes and than shut off. ( we were afraid that it was over heating for some reason so We didn't use it. There were three other lamps to use in the room so no problem. I would recommend this home to someone. We enjoyed our stay

Wonderful second stay!

This was our second stay at Gullhaven and it won't be our last. The home is meticulously cared for and doesn't lack for anything that a traveler might need. The beds are comfortable, WI-FI is readily available and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend this home to everyone.

everything is wonderful,clean, well maintained

came in town to do some perch fishing and the house works out perfect, close to marina, grill for cooking out, room to park. Dave is wonderful and always responded to any questions or concerns immediately. looking forward to many future visits!

Gull Haven is the home where our parents raised my brother, two sisters, and me. We are all Conneaut High School graduates and attended Conneaut City Schools from kindergarten on. I am the property manager for Gull Haven and live only four blocks away.

As children of the 50s & 60s, we grew up with the unique ability to safely walk to the Lake to swim, fish, or sled ride in Township Park.. Additonal pastimes included beachcombing, or simply walking along the beach at sunset. Today, my grandchildren are still able to enjoy these same pleasures.
