This this listing is for one of our 2 Bedroom Deluxe Cottage we have on our our 5 acre property with shared facilities. Our heated pool and playground area are shared with the other guests on our property. We offer a safe environment for children with our expanded playground and heated poo. Cottage has Air Conditioning and Wireless Internet Connection, own deck with propane bbq and patio table set and comes fully equipped for cooking. A queen bed in one bedroom and a double bed in the 2nd bedroom, 1 bathroom. Living room has a pull out couch and flat screen TV (upgraded for 2016) with Satellite service v. Our office is located on site and we offer a coin operated laundry facility for our Guests to use.

Cavendish Beach is located inside the boundaries of the Cavendish National Park so we provide you with use of our seasonal park passes for free so you don't have to pay $23 per day for your family to enter and enjoy Cavendish Beach. We also lend our seasonal admission passes to our Guest so they can enjoy FREE admission to the famous (Anne of) Green Gables House only minutes away. We offer great specials for certain periods up to mid July and from mid August to end of Sept. We are open from June -Sept however opening and closing dates vary each.

We have the ideal home base for day trips as you can travel from one end of the Island to the other within 4 hours. Charlottetown and Summerside are all within 30 mins of our property.

We offer very clean, nicely decorated and up to date cottage. Our location is very convenient to all the attractions, dining, shopping and golfing all within 5-8 mins of our property. We have a safe environment for small children with lots of area to run around. We are known for having a very quiet place at night, offering the ideal place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

About Reservation Clerk

We built this establishment from the ground up. There was just a field of grass and we purchased the land to build on. Each other year we made additional changes to the property. We expanded our playground area and installed a pool. This is a business I love and we do everything we can to ensure all our Guest have a wonderful stay. We have made many lasting friendships over the years, seen many families grow up and it's been amazing. We love meeting new people and look so forward to seeing our returning guests
