Why Don & Tish chose Sea Pines
Down the road we hope to spend a lot more time using our home so we make a special effort to keep its condition at a level that we would require if we were there full time. Another benefit to our guests is the fact that there is no mortgage on the property so our overhead is extremely low and we can pass that benefit on in the form of lower weekly rates than someone with monthly mortgage payment they need to cover.

Heaven on Hilton!
We came down to get away from NY cold on New Years and Harbor Town is the perfect get away. Close enough to walk to the light house, far enough to go to bed early with the festivities. We rented biles and went all over. Don And Tish are very attentive and its a great place to stay.
Short notice vacation
My husband and I decided at the last minute to spend our vacation on Hilton Head Island. When searching for a place to stay, we chose Don and Tish’s Home. The website showed pictures of all the rooms and it matched our needs perfectly. Going so late in the season the price was also right. Our communications with Don and Tish Helped us complete our reservations. Whenever I had any questions Don answered almost immediately and this made me confident that we pick the right location. His directions were spot on and we arrived without any problem. The whole home was immaculate and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The master suite was large and the bed was very comfortable. All we had to do was stop at the local grocery store and pick up some of our favorite foods, including wine of course. Overall this was a perfect place to spend our final vacation of the year. We were close to Harbor Town and I was able to walk there in the morning and soak up the atmosphere. We definitely recommend Don and Tish’s home to anyone looking for a place on Hilton head Island. I know my husband and I will be going back there sometime soon.
Great Location
Very nice place to stay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the patio while watching golfers play. The owners were great to work with! Treated us like family!
Great location, close to Harbour Town
Just an absolute wonderful week. Great stay in a awesome condo. The condo is in a location very close to Harbor Town (within walking distance) and all the other Sea Pines interest point are a short bike ride. The owners are a pleasure to work with.

This was the perfect place for us to stay.
The location was perfect for bike rides (approx .5 mile to Harbour town, 1.5 to Sea Pines Beach Club, 3 miles to Salty Dog) Villa was clean, stocked w basic necessities and had good WiFi. Code access for easy come and go, owners were friendly and quick to respond to questions. Would rent from again!

The Harbour Town marina offers a long list of water sport options such as jet ski rentals, sail boat rentals power boat rentals, fishing charters, lunch and dinner cruies etc, The South Beach Marina, also in Sea Pines, offers many of the same activities mentioned above plus kayaking, If horseback riding interests you, the stables are just a short bike ride from our home, All of this is availabe without leaving Sea Pines Plantation, More of a watcher than a doer? You have come to to the right place, Grab a chair down at the marina and just take in the sounds and sights, In the evenings, live music fills the air once Gregg Russel finishes his nightly performance, Off the Sea Pines plantation you can find more of the same, You will have a hard time fitting everything in during one week
