Modern 2 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment with 1 car park

Located on 1 Bouverie St, Carlton. Only 2 minutes walk to Swanston St (main road in Melb CBD).

Easy to public transport.

Both bedrooms can have either 1 king bed or 2 single beds.

Please advise your preference when booking.

There is a sofa bed in the living room which can be used for the 5th person.

Linen and towels are provided.

Reverse cycle aircond in the living room.

Fully equipped kitchen and laundry

Cot and high chair can be provided (free of charge) upon request.

Please note that the linen for the cot is not provided.

Discounts apply to bookings of 7 nights or more.

The location couldn't have been more perfect. It's just blocks away from the trams and for our pick

The location couldn't have been more perfect. It's just blocks away from the trams and for our pick up points for our excursions. It was literally just across the street. The Queen's Marketplace was great too. It so happened we came when there we bands and all kinds of food, then the next day we went shopping for basic groceries.

The AC is only in the living room and the exhaust is in the master bedroom balcony so we couldn't have the sliding door open because of the noise. We had to leave the bedroom doors open for the cool air to reach the bedrooms, but that also means there's no privacy for the master bedroom.

The shower knob in the guest bathroom was broken, but Flo's quick reply was greatly appreciated. He fixed it and was going to replace it after we checked out. I also made the suggestion to him that since he was going to replace it, that the shower head in the master bedroom is a bit high. I'm only 5'3" and had to stand on my toes to reach it. He took my suggestion to replace it with an adjustable vertical bar.

Other than that, it's a great apartment in a great location and very well secured.
