This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The master bath as a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Park Place Condominiums many times over the last 10 years. We love everything about this place, i.e the location, can walk all over the strip, the large space for our family to spread out, the balcony overlooking the river, the fireplace, the kitchen for meals when we don't want to eat out, the washer/dryer, the people at the front desk and maintenance are very kind. Best place around

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 3 night stay. Unit has very nice flooring, comfortable living room furniture, and a excellent view from the deck. The beds were very firm and not very comfortable. We prefer a softer mattress but these appeared to be in great shape. Good water pressure in the showers. The outdoor hot tub was closed which I don't understand as we use ours year round.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed New Years Weekend for four days. The picture of the unit is very outdated as the unit has been updated very nicely. We have seen such increased traffic and difficulty parking in Gatlinburg, that we decided to stay downtown and walk to everything. What a huge difference. It made our stay so much more enjoyable and allowed us to do more things opposed to sitting in traffic trying to find parking anywhere! Highly recommend the location and facility.
