About this property

This condominium offers all the comforts for a relaxing visit to the Smokies. The master bedroom has one king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. The upstairs loft has one queen bed and a twin. The master bath has a step in shower and a large jacuzzi tub. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination. Upstairs the loft has a full bath with a shower/tub combination. Our fully equipped kitchen offers full size appliances including a dishwasher and microwave. All kitchen utensils are supplied along with glassware, dishes, silverware, and cookware. All linens are furnished. We also provide ample free parking.

Room 406 needs updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room 406 needs a deep cleaning. The baseboards are extremely dirty & linoleum needs replaced. Bedspreads are extremely outdated & dishwasher needs replaced. We loved the layout but left feeling dirty. I even killed a roach on the kitchen counter.

Christmas Family Time

Accomodations were comfortable and clean. Kitchen had essentials. Could update some dishes as one glass and some other tableware were chipped. Dishwasher top rack did not clean very well. I think the unit was older. Would stay again. Would be nice to have a vacuum in the unit. Overall pleased. Had a great time!
