Amazing place in a great location!

Overall was super convenient from the directions to access parking and entry to the apartment. Location couldn't have been better for my family, with world-class dining options just outside the door. My 2 yr old daughter loved the place, from the big windows to watch birds and the boats, to ample space for her to burn off the ice cream energy from Captain Sam's across the street. We would absolutely stay there again the next time we plan to visit Portland Maine!

Very nice way to enjoy Portland

This is a very nice property and the location is the best feature. Everything you really need is within walking distance. The condo is cozy with a lovely view. The parking pass is appreciated, as it would be virtually impossible to find a place to park in downtown Portland without the pass. The downside side is you really can't drive up in front of the condo during the day to unload luggage or shopping purchases - the parking spots in front of the building are always occupied. We struggled a bit with that, and eventually did what everyone in Portland seems to do: double parked illegally on Pearl Street to drag in our bags. It's a minor complaint, and overall we were very happy to stay in this unit. We hope to return again.

Blown away!

We were so impressed with our apartment! Everything was modern, clean and comfortable. The massive windows in the living room were amazing, and the apartment was the perfect size for the 3 of us (and would be perfect for 4 people too!). It was walking distance to so many restaurants, bars and shops.

We are already planning on staying here again on our next trip to Portland. Thank you!!

Perfection

Even more stunning in person, this beautiful loft made our girls weekend absolutely PERFECT. The entire space was immaculate, comfortable and in a prime downtown location. Tons of things to do within walking distance. There were also gorgeous views from the balcony. Great communication and help from the property manager and owner, as well 😊
