Unacceptable!!
Stay away from this property!!! We booked the cabin for two nights and had a really bad experience! First of all, the kitchen has the bare minimum in supply. The kitchen faucet and microwave were broken. The downstairs bedroom ceiling was leaking and falling down. It wasn’t safe at all!! Toilet fixture was horrible. Overall the house is poorly maintained.

Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows.
