This is the perfect place to make lasting memories and connect with friends and family!

Large estate snug in the rolling hills of Mississippi. 250 acres with a private 40-acre lake. Fishing, hunting, relaxing.

Extensive living space inside and out.

Exquisite master suite with an unbelievably large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, private living room, private balcony. All secluded on one wing of the home.

9 main bedrooms on the first and second floor with jack and jill baths between each 2. (3 bedrooms feature a king-size bed, and the other 6 have queen size beds)

The third story
1 dorm with 12 single beds, 2 full bathrooms, and separate laundry
Second dorm has 5 twins beds, 2 full beds, and its own full bath.

The main floor (2nd) has a full kitchen with high-end appliances, 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 2 stoves, an ice maker, and more. Open concept living and dining room with seating for 22. There is an attached sunroom with bar overlooking the lake.

Game room on lowest level features billiard table, foosball table, table tennis (ping pong), 8 person card table. Driveway basketball hoop
Also, there is extensive room to play football, baseball, volleyball, set up obstacle courses, and more outside

There is a separate catering kitchen with commercial range and refrigerator (ideal for weddings)

Home away from home

If you are looking for an awesome family vacation this is the place for you. All the outdoor activities you could ask for with the lake, the pond and the creek. Wide open spaces for hiking and playing just about anything you can think of and if the weather doesn't cooperate the game room and endless space inside allow for countless hours of entertainment. The owners are exceptional and truly make you feel at home. Its great! We love it so much we return year after year!

Perfect setup for large family

Large acreage great for outdoor activities; Big lake perfect for fishing and long walks around the dam; Two well equipped kitchens; Great indoor game room; Plenty of indoor space and eating space to accommodate 30 adults/kids.

Amazing!

This property was everything we needed and more! We had plenty of room for everything we wanted to do, and everyone had a fantastic time! The bedrooms were updated and comfortable, and the bathrooms were as well. The living areas were spacious and well furnished, and both kitchens were more than we needed! We enjoyed playing outside, picking blueberries, and walking by the lake. It was truly a magical experience, and a blessing for our group! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to take a group on a retreat!! The owners were kind, friendly, and made us feel at home. We will definitely come back!

Great family fun!

The property was amazing - beautiful, huge, and plenty of room. The kids and adults loved the game room. The home was magnificent wit everything we needed. The host family was so friendly and provided lots of thoughtful touches. We had 21 people and had extra rooms. I can think of nothing negative to say. It was the perfect weekend to spend with family and celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary.
