3 Bed/2 Bath Home with Oversized Resort-Style Backyard

Open concept Great Room overlooks lush over sized backyard with 20+ palm trees, extended KoolDeck with 4 seating areas, dining area, BBQ and swimming pool with spa and waterfall.

Kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and lots of room to spread out and cook gourmet meals. Well equipped with all the bells and whistles, including a 'Margaritaville' slushy drink maker. Kitchen updated in January 2022 with new cabinets plus new seating in dining area. Dining area seats 6 with large windows overlooking lemon tree, flowering vines and jasmine. Office nook with laser printer and monitor - just bring your laptop.

Master bedroom has King bed, and large attached bathroom with separate shower and tub. Second bedroom has Queen bed and third bedroom/den has single/twin bed and over sized sofa (larger than twin bed).

Enjoy outdoor living - this backyard feels like a resort! Overhead fans provide a soft breeze and outdoor speakers set the mood for al fresco dining by the pool, with the scent of night-blooming jasmine perfuming the air. High quality outdoor furniture with several separate seating/lounging areas. Feel free to pick fruit when ripe from the lemon, key lime, mandarin/tangerine and limequat trees.

Located on quiet cul-de-sac near shopping, groceries, entertainment complex and baseball fields (Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals) all less than a 5 minute drive away.

A Must Stay…

Anything and everything one could want or need can be found in this home. Inside clean and well stocked. Furniture very comfortable. Made one feel right at home. The backyard was an oasis. The wall and palm trees that enclosed the yard gave total privacy. The pool was clean and well maintained. Put everything together and you have a tropical feeling and setting. Owner was a perfect hostess. Nice to talk to. Very informative. Answered calls, emails or text messages promptly. Looking forward to our next stay next summer. A must stay…

Perfect Family Get Away!

We loved the pool and spent the majority of our time lounging by the pool but also did some day excursions (Grand Canyon, D-backs baseball, Desert Botanical Garden and Medieval Times) Even though the house is located on the NW side of the metro area it was easy to navigate around the Phoenix area. Any looking to have a very relaxing trip with a great pool/location/value look no further!!

Best pool/ hot tub EVER and gorgeous backyard

This home really felt like a home away from home. The kitchen is absolutely stocked and perfect for entertaining. We don’t cook much when we travel, but we definitely made drinks and played games. The master bedroom suite is awesome- very roomy and super comfy bed and sheets. The house is good, but the best part of this rental is 100% the backyard!!! The pool with the built In spa and waterfall/ lights/ jets.... it is heaven! You will certainly love having coffee and evening drinks by the pool. I know we did.

Why they chose this property

We love Surprise - it is a beautiful, safe, clean, new community in the greater 'Valley of the Sun', with lots of amenities nearby and within an easy drive of Scottsdale and all that Phoenix has to offer. We were sold on this house as soon as we saw the gorgeous backyard, as well as the spacious open-concept layout inside.
