Short Walking distance to Old Silver Beach and The Sea Crest Beach Hotel. Popular Old Silver Beach lies on the western shores of Falmouth and offers spectacular sunset views of Buzzards Bay. The water is warm in comparison to other Cape Cod beaches, is family friendly and offers a delicious burger shack. The Sea Crest Beach Hotel offers water craft rentals, an outside bar and casual/elegant dining. This dormered Cape-style home is located on a quiet dead end road that is close to the Shining Sea bike path and Bourne Farm. Guests are greeted by an open living/dining room (table/(6)chairs combination, spacious kitchen (table/(4)chairs) and two 1st floor bedrooms. One 1st floor bedroom offers a king-size bed while the other 1st floor bedroom has (2) twin-size beds. A full size bathroom is located on the 1st floor with shower/tub.
Upstairs, you'll find a larger bedroom with another king-size bed, dedicated workspace and a 1/2 bathroom. Wall-unit air conditioners are provided in each bedroom as well as the living/dining room.
Step onto the back deck and enjoy the private backyard, expansive flower gardens and wooded trail. Unwind beneath the (2) umbrellas, perfect for morning coffee, picnic lunch, reading, wildlife watching and evening happy hour! After a day at the beach, wash the sand away in our large outdoor shower…

Very Nice Cottage and Location

Nice spot for a family vacation, had everything we needed and was a short walk to Old Silver Beach. Backyard was beautiful.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family, my husband and myself and our grown children and their significant others were very pleased with the location and proximity to old silver beach. The house was well equipped, private and if your a fan of birds you’ll be pleasantly surprised with the variety visiting the many feeders. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Hard to summarize an experience that was so perfect. From the moment we opened the door we knew this would be a wonderful Stay. The home was sparkling clean.
