Keys need to be collected from our office. We also have an after hours collection point. Once the booking has been made key collection details will be sent to you. Once we have approved your booking we will send you through a booking form of our own to sign.

Please note that we have a 3 week minimum booking period on all of our properties during the Christmas/New Year period on all of our properties as it is our busiest time of year.

The selling point of this property is that it is on the third floor looking over Rushcutters Bay -

The selling point of this property is that it is on the third floor looking over Rushcutters Bay - no road or path between you and the water. If that's what you want, this is for you.

There is a large, comfortable living area with balconies out on to the water. It's light and airy. You really fell you are on the water.

A short walk to the 311 bus stop -every half an hour in to the city - and to the corner shop/liquor store and a 10/15 minute walk to Macleay St with its shops and restaurants.

The main downside is the small, dark second bedroom with its bunk beds and no hanging space - OK for a couple in the main bedroom and maybe for a couple of kids in the second bedroom but a bit of a struggle otherwise.

If I wanted to be in this part of Sydney, I would go back tomorrow.
