About Casey & Arianne Jones
FSS was started by Casey when he and his wife Arianne had their son. Casey, a former Army Sergeant, wanted to create a life where they could have more time to stay together as a family. Arianne, a Registered Nurse who was a previous Oncology RN, was able to continue to use her compassion for others to serve those who are looking for their perfect rental home. Casey graduated from Liberty University and served nearly 7 years in the US army taking care of the military working dogs. Arianne is dual-degree graduate of the University of Florida. Arianne has spent her whole life in Fort Lauderdale, FL and loves to help vacationers plan their trips or navigate their way around. Our family has 43 years of travel agent experience, 50 years of real-estate experience, and have personally lived in Fort Lauderdale for 29 years.

Rest & Relax
Loved it! We arrived on Friday afternoon to an exceptionally clean rental. #13 was exactly what we needed, not fancy, just comfortable, clean and convenient. We were supplied with coffee, creamer, sugar, water and some snacks. The coffee was especially appreciated because I forgot to pack ours. The house has all the towels, quality linens and kitchen supplies you need.
We spent the evening eating dinner at The Bistro at Grand Oaks (excellent & beautiful) and after we had tickets to a show at the Orange Opry. #13 is 4 minutes from Orange Opry and the reason I chose it. On Saturday we spent the day at Eaton Beach and rented an umbrella and chairs and also spent an hour touring the lake on a Craig Cat. It was a lot of fun. Eaton Beach Resort is just down the hill from #13 and we had no problem walking back and forth as needed. We spent the day in the sun and then in the afternoon sat in the shade of #13's screened in porch and listened to music. In the evening we made our way down to the restaurant and had a decent dinner with good service. Eaton Beach is a happening place so we waited 45 minutes but we wanted a particular spot upstairs and the wait was worth it. We ate dinner and watched the sunset. Eaton Beach during the day is pretty busy as well and there are a lot of kids but everyone was having fun and polite. There is an area next to the resort, on the beach, for the Villas so next time I think we will bring the chairs and an umbrella and sit on that side. There were very few people and we could also bring our own cooler. Eaton Beach Resort does not allow you to bring in your own drinks etc. All in all we had a great time and already said we would return in the future. We live an hour away so it was the perfect, quick weekend get-a-way. Thank you!
Enjoyed the cottage very much! Would definitely return.
Very nice ..enjoyed our stay
House was a very nice close to restaurant and house had everything we needed
Overall Very Nice
The cottage was spotless on arrival, and instructions for entry/access were clear and easy to follow. There was ample parking and the home was just as pictured. It was very peaceful, and though the restaurant/bar is within a stone's throw, it was not so loud that you couldn't sleep at night. The only complaint we have, and it's minor, is that the thermostat was pre-set, and could not be adjusted. It was a bit warm during the late afternoon, but it was manageable with use of the ceiling fans throughout the house. Other than that, it was very nice. We would stay there again.
Very cute cottage. It was really clean. Enjoyed the personal touches,
( cookies,popcorn,etc.). It was also nice that the cottage was completely equipped.
The restaurant nearby was a nice surprise. We would come back.
Visit Attractions: Orange Blossom Opry, Grand Oaks Carriage Museum, and the Reeds Groves Farm. There is a nice town market place called the Spanish Springs Town Square that houses a fresh market where you can buy daily made bread, fresh fruit or veggies, and assortative cuts of meats.
