Our home has beautiful water views from dinning area, living room, family room, master bedroom and ~2,000 square feet of indoor living space with a bright, and a large screened lanai that offers complete privacy to the heated pool and spa with western exposure, plenty of sun!

Some of the features included are standard-sized pool (billiard) table, double sinks with granite top and walk-in closet in the master bathroom, hot tub (5 seating positions, 18 jets), high-powered pool heater, and 2 staircases access to the dock. The kitchen is facing the water with 4-seating countertop bar to allow your family more space to cook and enjoy preparing food together.

The house includes cable, free Wi-Fi (wireless internet) high-speed access, and DVD player, one 55" TV in the family room, one 55" TV in the living room, and three 32" flat screen TVs in each bedroom, leather sleeper-sofa, 3 sofas, allowing for plenty of fun, family memories. We have 5 bikes (with helmets, should be fun for the entire family), 5 beach chairs, a beach trolley, beach umbrella, 2 tennis rackets, a wheeled cooler, 4 poolside chaise lounges, outdoor grill, etc.

You also can enjoy the convenience of having a private water access dock to tie up the boat you may rent from marina on the island for fishing or cruise the inland waterways into the Everglades, up to Naples or to picnic on the gulf beaches.

Just relax, sit back, and enjoy the sun, spa, and heated pool at the lanai!

Fabulous vacation home away from home!

We had a wonderful vacation and a safe trip home. We found your home to be clean, comfortable and very enjoyable. It was amazing to be able to bring our boxers with us for our stay. Thank you so much for allowing pets. We covered the couches for our stay and crated our less obedient dog when we weren’t there to make sure your property was protected.

We all had fun launching kayaks from the dock and playing in the pool. The outdoor space was especially nice for all of us to enjoy. We cooked most of our meals in the house and didn’t seem to be missing much of anything, other than a glass measuring cup. I’m a creature of habit. :)

I look forward to booking another trip and staying in your property again!

Perfect distance to everything...including the beach

This house was perfect for our family. We loved that you could walk to the beach, but most days we used the bikes provided so we could walk the beach more. Don't be shy about crossing the lagoon, it's a super short cut to the beach (you should have your swimwear on already anyhow). The pool was perfect to jump in and cool off in the afternoon. The hot tub was great for the early mornings and late nights. Neighborhood was VERY quiet and we appreciated that. Be sure to check out the farmers market on Wednesdays and find Pelican Bend Restaurant (just a short drive off the island) and order their fish special, you won't be disappointed! We loved Marco Island and we loved this home!!

Hi,

We highly recommend this house and it has a great owner and great property manager. The house is clean, updated, in a great location, nice neighborhood, right on the waterway, is well laid out and very comfortable. We had a great week long vacation and enjoyed everything about our stay. We even made our reservation for the same time next year.
