mini October vacation

So happy I found this adorable cottage. Everything you need is there. Had some problems with cable TV on first day, but Laura came out in a storm and during the Pats game to attempt to fix. Laura was wonderful. We did get cable back after Laura worked hard to get it back on for us. Very pleasant stay, very relaxing. Would love to go back next summer, perfect place to chill. A little piece of paradise.

Wonderful rustic cottage steps from the water

  • 4 of 5

Wonderful location just across a lightly traveled road from the beach. When we we there, several of the cottages across the street were empty, giving us a choice of the wooden beach chairs and tables from which to watch the gentle waves and SPECTACULAR sunsets. We enjoyed the great collection of original paintings and other nice features of the cozy cottage. Laura the manager was very nice and accomodating. Our one minor complaint, that the fridge and shower could have been a little cleaner, did little to spoil an overall wonderful time in this cottage. Thank you!

Away from the hustle and bustle!

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I loved our visit to Sutton place! #21 has always been a lucky number! Sun sand and adventure I love taking that turn and going to the upper cape. We loved the cottage it is exactly what we were looking for.

On a separate note Laura offered her own place for us to change later in the day after we had checked out! Look forward to returning next year May your kites fly!

Perfect for our couple's Cape Cod stay.

  • 5 of 5

We chose to stay in this property after seeing all of the positive reviews, it being close to the beach, and it only being a short distance for Provincetown, which we planned to visit several times.

Laura, the manager, was very welcoming and friendly and was there for anything we may have needed.

The cottage is perfect for 2 people and had everything that we needed. We loved that it had a full size fridge, as we brought a lot of our own food and drinks with us.

The private beach is right across the street...and was great to be out there during the day to relax, cool off in the water, and especially during sunset.

We like to ride our bikes and it was about a 3 mile bike ride into Provincetown, which was perfect. However, you can also take the shuttle, which comes by every 30 minutes and is only $2.

We highly recommend this cottage and are looking forward to staying in it again!

Cozy cottage

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at Sutton Place Cottages on Aug. 1-4,2016. We found it very comfortable & cozy. Had hoped the beach passes were more affordable but worth the $50 charge if staying for a week. Enjoyed the Corn Hill beach.

Unfortunately, the beach across the street from cottage was alittle disappointing.

There is a $50 charge for beach passes & worth it if you are staying for a week.

A short drive to area restaurants, beaches, hiking trails.

Close drive to Uptown or you can take the bus.

We did enjoy our trip.

We left the cottage neat. But thought someone would be doing the cleaning not us?

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review and we are glad to know that you enjoyed your trip. We are happy to know that the one item you were a little disappointed in had nothing to do with the cottage itself or our hospitality. Our beach does tend to get a lot of sea weed, but the views of Ptown, the Monument, the 2 lighthouse, and the bay all the way to the Wellfleet dunes usually compensates for that, as well as the fact that only minutes away are a variety of beaches to suit every taste. Thank you for leaving the cottage neat, and yes, we do take care of cleaning it. Best regards, Laura Kittery, Property Manager and Heidi Koretz, Owner

Cozy and Spotless

  • 5 of 5

We had a much needed vacation and the cottage was the perfect place. It was also our 1 year anniversary and the weather was perfect! The shuttle service ran twice an hour and made our trip into Provincetown much easier than trying to park. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.
