Remodeled kitchen 2019. Gourmet appliances, large island, sheets and bath towels are provided with fee! Just bring your beach towels. Four beach chairs and beach cart are provided. No Dogs. No Cats. No animals of any kind allowed. No Smoking in the house. Parking for 4 cars. Ocean view and breeze.

A/C "mini-split" air conditioning through-out the house.

Linen will be delivered to the front door by 5:00 PM on your scheduled arrival date and picked up after 10:00 AM on your scheduled departure date. Upon your departure, please be sure to place all linens into the laundry bag provided and place it outside the front door for pick up.

Absolutely beautiful property!

We only needed clothes, food & adult beverages! This beautiful home is set in a quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute walk to Moody Beach. All the amenities we needed with comfortable beds & plenty of room for everyone to enjoy & make themselves ferl right at home! Thank you for opening your amazing home to us! This was the best week spent with friends & family. i could not have imagined a better vacation to celebrate my birthday!

Great Location!

The house location was superb. Plenty of communal spaces to gather and relax. The owners responded quickly to any messages we sent. Overall, we had a lovely week at this rental property.

Maine Getaway

It was very relaxing. We had 2 families staying there and the accommodations were perfect for giving each one their own space. The walk to the beach was nice but not too far. We had a great time enjoying family!

Wonderful

This was such a wonderful home and in the perfect location. We were traveling with multi generations- my parents (80s), my family and my brothers family. There was plenty of room for everyone- even room for if someone wanted a little quiet time, there is a wonderful room off the kitchen that looks outside. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffees, looking at the ocean. We enjoyed the fire pit too (be careful if the wood is a little wet- if it smokes, the neighbors are close). But it was so nice to end the day relaxing by the fire pit. The hammock was a great to relax in too. The house is FULLY equipped! this house had absolutely everything. The kitchen is fantastic! We couldn’t believe how much the kitchen had and a great pantry. The tv room / family room had a smart TV and couches that reclined (movie theater style). The hose outside was very useful too- washed our feet and beach stuff. Lots of beach chairs for use. The location is perfect! The walk to moody beach was only a few minutes.My parents (who are in their 80s) had no problem walking there. Our teenagers- were able to walk to the beach and back to the house, giving them a little freedom. Moody beach is beautiful. We meet a few of the permanent homeowners, they were very kind. Close to Wells and ogunquit. The homeowners were also very kind and responsive. Would definitely stay again.
