THE SPACE:

Thank you for your interest in our condo - Concord CityPlace 2.5 years old only :-) - Waterfront location is the best as can be! 28th floor, expansive floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and Toronto Island from both bedrooms and living room. This wonderfully welcoming and spacious 2 Br features high-end tasteful furnishings, exceptional amenities and as central a location as can be downtown.

Two Queen Sized beds, two sofa beds, Sony 48” LED TV with Netflix, Blue-ray DVD player, Printer and Scanner, GPS, WiFi, local telephone calls, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, one underground parking and all the little extras included.

Walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Center Stadium, Ripley’s Aquarium, Air Canada Centre, Union Station, Underground PATH Network, Pool with Jacuzzi. A Child play zone and out door lounge. The Financial & Entertainment Districts. This is a business and/or pleasure unique location on the Toronto Waterfront Downtown Area.

Hello! It is Kyle. I am going to tell you about our family! You have a family, we have a family, we ALL do! But I am going to talk about what's special about our family!

First of all, my name is Kyle, and I am 11 years old and a grade 7 student in B.H.E.S. I love writing stories, playing hockey, and spending time with family and friends.

Next, we go to my parents, who are Kenny and Helen.They are the owner of the condo.Both Kenny and Helen work in global company, they like traveling. They want you to have a great time at our condo! Just like staying at home! I love my mom and dad, so always remember to love them, because they always love you!

Finally, we have my brother , Kevin.He is 21 years old, and goes to the university. I love my brother because he likes to talk to me, and we have lots of fun together. He is the best sibling ever and i can't imagine life without him.

Helen met us when we arrived and showed us the rental unit and the building facilities. The pictures of the rental unit were exactly as it looked. The building was much more than we expected with swimming pool, weight room, yoga gym. The views from the rental were spectacular and there were two nice restaurants next door. It was only 2-3 blocks to the streetcar system, Roger's Stadium (Go Blue Jays!), Ripleys Aquarium, Whistle Stop Brewery, CN Tower, and the Harbor Ferries & waterfront restaurants were within walking distance also. We had a great time, and the rental was very comfortable and well furnished. I'd recommend this to anyone going to Toronto! It was awesome!!! We loved it.

Thought the condo was very good and reflected the pictures posted. It was nice that we were able to checkin a bit early. I would stay here again and recommend this condo. Excellent location.

Condo's like this are the reason myself and my familly don't stay at Hotels any more!

We arrived at Toronto Pearson Int and took the union pearson express to union station and had a short walk to the condo,Kenny allowed us an early check in of 2:30 pm and met us at the condo.He showed our family up to the condo to a welcome gift of a nice tin box of cookies,very tastey.We looked at the condo then he brought us down to the amenities the condo offers,Kenny then showed me to the parking garage to show me where his stall was.Kenny is a fast walker he had me sweating walking me through the parkade but I noticed he was too so I didn't feel bad.We were travelling with our adult son so two bedrooms were required and we also had our own bathrooms.We didn't eat at the condo but everything is there if you did want cook something ,we wanted to experience some different restaurants Toronto offers.Sobeys foods is two blocks away for groceries.There was bottled water provided so we would grab a couple and be gone for the day sightseeing.We had a car the last couple of days,but walked,cabed bused and did the underground.Bus 121A is right out the door 1/2 block and will take you down front street past union station and on to St Lawrence market and dist district.The trolley is three blocks away on Spadina ave and go north to connect to the under ground.THIS PROPERTY was exactly as listed,it was clean and maintained.Kenny was a great host it seemed like I knew him,that is how comfortable he makes you feel.I would definetly recommend this property.We were there five days and four nights,Kenny even allowed us a late checkout of noon which was very nice.In our visit we saw, cn tower,Casa Loma,Ripleys aquarium,Hockey Hall of Fame,Eaton Centre,Railway museum,Nathan Philips square and Niagra Falls,oh and shopping.And my favorite coffee shop was just on the corner Tim Hortons.The property was everything we needed in a great location and our thanks again to Helen,Kenny and Kyle.I should also mention the building security with the use of a fob to get into the building ,your floor and parking garage very secure.I have stayed at many vacation rentals and never had a host like Kenny,usually the key is in a lock box near the door,or the door code is a phone number they give you ,and your on your own very impersonal, not the case here .The visa payment was awesome and damage refund was immediate so no worries!

Wonderful!

We stayed in the beautiful condo in Toronto for 3 nights. The condo is in a perfect location, walking distance to most attractions in the city. Free parking was a plus! The condo had everything that we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible and Kenny was a great host! He gave us a tour of the property upon checking in. We will definitely be back!

Centrally Located with Fantastic views

Great Location - Was within Walking distance to the major Toronto tourist destinations (Ripley's aquarium, CN tower, Rogers Stadium and Hockey Hall of Fame).

The description and photos of this listing are all accurate (The views are stunning). We enjoyed the panoramic views of Toronto (You can even see the CN tower). The amenities were great (the onsite gym was well maintained and had quality equipment)

Kenny was a great host (brought treats from Tim Horton, gave a full tour and made check-in / check-out a breeze)

All in all this was a great stay. I would recommend this listing (We were a party of 4; 2 adults and 2 kids and had plenty of space)

Wonderful location in along the waterfront in Toronto

Great 2BD/2BA condo near the entertainment district & Rogers Centre in Toronto. Stayed for a long weekend with friends and had a great time exploring the city. Kenny was great at providing a walk-through of the property amenities and the condo upon our arrival and was flexible in determining a time to meet to get the keys. Clean, nicely appointed and high-end building with a quick Uber ride to many attractions makes this a great alternative to a hotel in Toronto.

Kenny was very kind, surprised us with donuts when we arrived!

Kenny personally took us down to parking garage and showed us all the amenities of the condo association. We would have preferred local TV over Netflix, but was well satisfied with everything else! Thanks for the bottled water! The condo is within walking distance of many attractions,

Ripley's Aquarium, Roger Center, Skylon tower so no need to drive.

Short Term Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Renter”) and the undersigned owner, ____ , pursuant to which the Renter has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
1. Property: 21 Iceboat Terrace, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5V 4A9
2. Duration: From 4:00 pm (check-in no sooner than 4 pm) ____________________(check-in date) to 10:00 am (check-out no later than 10 am) _____________________(check-out date).
3. Occupancy: Renter agrees that no more than 6 persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Renter under this Agreement.
4. Rental Payments: The total rent for this property should be the sum of _______________ ____________________(total rental costs, including tax and cleaning fee) Dollars. This payment for the rent is due in full with the signed agreement 45 days before check-in date. If signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, the rental is due immediately. Cashier’s check, money order and traveler’s check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions. The owner reserves the right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance with above statement. A notify email will send out to remind the renter.
5. Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be the sum of ($300.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
