Thank you for your interest in our condo - Concord CityPlace 2.5 years old only :-) - Waterfront location is the best as can be! 28th floor, expansive floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and Toronto Island from both bedrooms and living room. This wonderfully welcoming and spacious 2 Br features high-end tasteful furnishings, exceptional amenities and as central a location as can be downtown.

Two Queen Sized beds, two sofa beds, Sony 48” LED TV with Netflix, Blue-ray DVD player, Printer and Scanner, GPS, WiFi, local telephone calls, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, one underground parking and all the little extras included.

Walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Center Stadium, Ripley’s Aquarium, Air Canada Centre, Union Station, Underground PATH Network, Pool with Jacuzzi. A Child play zone and out door lounge. The Financial & Entertainment Districts. This is a business and/or pleasure unique location on the Toronto Waterfront Downtown Area.

Hello! It is Kyle. I am going to tell you about our family! You have a family, we have a family, we ALL do! But I am going to talk about what's special about our family!

First of all, my name is Kyle, and I am 11 years old and a grade 7 student in B.H.E.S. I love writing stories, playing hockey, and spending time with family and friends.

Next, we go to my parents, who are Kenny and Helen.They are the owner of the condo.Both Kenny and Helen work in global company, they like traveling. They want you to have a great time at our condo! Just like staying at home! I love my mom and dad, so always remember to love them, because they always love you!

Finally, we have my brother , Kevin.He is 21 years old, and goes to the university. I love my brother because he likes to talk to me, and we have lots of fun together. He is the best sibling ever and i can't imagine life without him.

Helen met us when we arrived and showed us the rental unit and the building facilities. The pictures of the rental unit were exactly as it looked. The building was much more than we expected with swimming pool, weight room, yoga gym. The views from the rental were spectacular and there were two nice restaurants next door. It was only 2-3 blocks to the streetcar system, Roger's Stadium (Go Blue Jays!), Ripleys Aquarium, Whistle Stop Brewery, CN Tower, and the Harbor Ferries & waterfront restaurants were within walking distance also. We had a great time, and the rental was very comfortable and well furnished. I'd recommend this to anyone going to Toronto! It was awesome!!! We loved it.

Wonderful Stay in Toronto!

We truly enjoyed our vacation in Toronto! A great deal of our enjoyment was because of the comforts of home we experienced in Helen and Kenny's centrally located condo. Because we often take "city" vacations, the security and amenities (wifi and parking included!) add to the convenience of traveling. Beds were VERY COMFORTABLE and all furnishings and appliances were well kept up. Our hosts provided excellent customer service, checking in to make sure all was well during our stay. The condo is centrally located to several sites of interest (within walking distance or short public transportation). We did rent a car as we wanted to visit Niagara Falls and other locations. Toronto has very heavy traffic just as a heads up! Definitely, we highly recommend this great condo!

Perfect Condo in Downtown Toronto

My husband and I were looking for the perfect condo for our family's first trip to Toronto, and we found it! Kenny and Helen's condo is right in the heart of downtown, with a view of CN Tower from the balcony, and gorgeous views of the lake. The condo is beautifully decorated, and Kenny went out of his way to make us feel welcome - he gave us a wonderful tour of the condo and all the amenities, stocked the refrigerator with bottled water, and even had doughnuts waiting for us in the kitchen. Our kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub, and my husband and I enjoyed using the fitness center (we needed it after the doughnuts!). It only took us minutes to walk to CN Tower, the aquarium, and great restaurants and coffee shops (if you like cappuccino, be sure to check out Thor Espresso Bar on Bathurst St). If we get a chance to return to Toronto, we plan on staying here again!

Great location, outstanding views, comfortable apartment

Exceptionally maintained apartment that worked very well for four adults. The location is ideal for exploring Toronto with easy access to public transportation and proximity to the waterfront. The views of the city, lake and nearby airport were memorable. Dealing with Kenny was a pleasure. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great property!

The property was wonderful. The view was amazing and Kenny and Helen were very responsive. Public transportation was easily accessible. Hardly used our vehicle and it was very convenient to have a parking space included with the rental. I would rent again.

Great condo and location

Just spent five days here . Location was terrific and our car never left the parking garage. Loved watching the planes land from the living room. Condo is small but had everything we needed (4 of us) for a great Toronto adventure. Grocery store nearby and restaurants all within walking distance. Also easy harbor front access. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit Toronto .

Great place, great location and great host!

We had a fantastic stay at Kenny and Hellen's condo, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped and the views are even better than they look in the photos. This is a convenient and stunning base for exploring Downtown Toronto! Everything went smoothly for our trip and the communication was friendly and prompt!

Great place, great location and great host, loved it and would've liked to have stayed longer, thank you for your attention to detail and thoughtfulness!

Short Term Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Renter”) and the undersigned owner, ____ , pursuant to which the Renter has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
1. Property: 21 Iceboat Terrace, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5V 4A9
2. Duration: From 4:00 pm (check-in no sooner than 4 pm) ____________________(check-in date) to 10:00 am (check-out no later than 10 am) _____________________(check-out date).
3. Occupancy: Renter agrees that no more than 6 persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Renter under this Agreement.
4. Rental Payments: The total rent for this property should be the sum of _______________ ____________________(total rental costs, including tax and cleaning fee) Dollars. This payment for the rent is due in full with the signed agreement 45 days before check-in date. If signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, the rental is due immediately. Cashier’s check, money order and traveler’s check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions. The owner reserves the right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance with above statement. A notify email will send out to remind the renter.
5. Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be the sum of ($300.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
