Thank you for your interest in our condo - Concord CityPlace 2.5 years old only :-) - Waterfront location is the best as can be! 28th floor, expansive floor to ceiling windows offer breathtaking, unobstructed views of Lake Ontario and Toronto Island from both bedrooms and living room. This wonderfully welcoming and spacious 2 Br features high-end tasteful furnishings, exceptional amenities and as central a location as can be downtown.

Two Queen Sized beds, two sofa beds, Sony 48” LED TV with Netflix, Blue-ray DVD player, Printer and Scanner, GPS, WiFi, local telephone calls, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dishwasher, one underground parking and all the little extras included.

Walking distance to CN Tower, Rogers Center Stadium, Ripley’s Aquarium, Air Canada Centre, Union Station, Underground PATH Network, Pool with Jacuzzi. A Child play zone and out door lounge. The Financial & Entertainment Districts. This is a business and/or pleasure unique location on the Toronto Waterfront Downtown Area.

First of all, my name is Kyle, and I am 11 years old and a grade 7 student in B.H.E.S. I love writing stories, playing hockey, and spending time with family and friends.

Next, we go to my parents, who are Kenny and Helen.They are the owner of the condo.Both Kenny and Helen work in global company, they like traveling. They want you to have a great time at our condo! Just like staying at home! I love my mom and dad, so always remember to love them, because they always love you!

Finally, we have my brother , Kevin.He is 21 years old, and goes to the university. I love my brother because he likes to talk to me, and we have lots of fun together. He is the best sibling ever and i can't imagine life without him.

Helen met us when we arrived and showed us the rental unit and the building facilities. The pictures of the rental unit were exactly as it looked. The building was much more than we expected with swimming pool, weight room, yoga gym. The views from the rental were spectacular and there were two nice restaurants next door. It was only 2-3 blocks to the streetcar system, Roger's Stadium (Go Blue Jays!), Ripleys Aquarium, Whistle Stop Brewery, CN Tower, and the Harbor Ferries & waterfront restaurants were within walking distance also. We had a great time, and the rental was very comfortable and well furnished. I'd recommend this to anyone going to Toronto! It was awesome!!! We loved it.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

Our two-night stay at Helen and Kenny’s condo was fantastic. When we arrived, Kenny was there to greet us and show us the loft. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He provided a tour of our condo and there were many amenities provided for everyday use which were unexpected. His hospitality was phenomenal; I’ve never seen anything like it! Kenny took it upon himself to show me where the parking was, building amenities, and trash shoot. The loft was beautiful itself. It was very clean and looked even better than the photos! The view from the loft was absolutely stunning. If I was to come back I would highly consider staying at the same place. The location is walking distance to the CN tower, restaurants and nightlife. Everything was great! I highly recommend staying at this condo.

When we walked it we were very impressed and found the views were spectacular.

We were four women in Toronto for three days of fun and relaxation. From the time we booked the owners kept in touch with us and were quick to respond to e mails with answers to any questions we had . They met us at the condo and we're welcoming , pleasant and informative . There were booklets with detailed information on everything we needed to know from garbage disposal to parking. They had lots of tourists info and pamphlets for us tourists available as well. I had one question while there and Kenby was quick to respond! The condo was clean and updated with everything we needed. They had hair products, body wash and some basic supplies in the kitchen . The beds and bedding were very comfortable and with four women two bathrooms was especially great. We loved the location of the condo and the views were spectacular especially with the sun rising and setting. We all felt that we would definately recommend this property for others and would stay there again if in Toronto.

Very nice!

The apartment is very well located for those wanting to be close to Downtown. The layout is good and the apartment is quite spacious - there were only two of us but would accommodate a larger family quite easily. Lots of shops and restaurants very close to pick up groceries for your stay. Apartment really clean and well stocked with linens, cleaning supplies, dishware etc. Felt like a home away from home AND with a wonderful view of the lake. Also the owners made the entire process very easy. Good communication during the booking process and picking up the keys was a breeze. Would stay again!

Excellent Apartment in Downtown Toronto!

We loved this apartment! It was perfect for our needs...we were 4 adults in Toronto for a long weekend, and it was exactly what we needed. The apartment was clean and well-stocked with the essentials, plus some. Kenny and Helen have thought of everything, and it made our stay in the apartment so comfortable. The location is fabulous as well; easy walking distance to the CN Tower and Aquarium, as well as a grocery store and several good restaurants and pubs. The furnishings are very comfortable in the apartment, and Kenny and Helen made it so easy for us to check in and check out. Overall, we would definitely book again (with no hesitation) and we will return to Toronto!

Awesome Views; Central Location; Many amenities

This was a great place to stay. Kenny was a very gracious host and showed us around the complex when we arrived. The condo was well stocked with bottled water, soap, shower gel, shampoo. It had a portable baby crib which we needed for our grandson. It had free wi-fi and parking which is a great plus in Toronto. It is within walking distance of main attractions like the CN Tower, Aquarium, Rogers Center, Hockey Hall of Fame. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this place to people. Thank you Kenny & Helen!

Short Term Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement made and entered into as of the Reservation Date written below by and between the undersigned person(s) or company (the “Renter”) and the undersigned owner, ____ , pursuant to which the Renter has agreed to rent the residence described below (the “Property”), for the duration of the Rental Term for the Total Rental Fee and other good and valuable consideration as described herein.
1. Property: 21 Iceboat Terrace, Toronto, ON, Canada, M5V 4A9
2. Duration: From 4:00 pm (check-in no sooner than 4 pm) ____________________(check-in date) to 10:00 am (check-out no later than 10 am) _____________________(check-out date).
3. Occupancy: Renter agrees that no more than 6 persons shall be permitted on the Property at any time during the Rental Term, all of whom shall comply with the conditions and restrictions imposed upon Renter under this Agreement.
4. Rental Payments: The total rent for this property should be the sum of _______________ ____________________(total rental costs, including tax and cleaning fee) Dollars. This payment for the rent is due in full with the signed agreement 45 days before check-in date. If signing date of this agreement is within 45 days of the check-in date above, the rental is due immediately. Cashier’s check, money order and traveler’s check are preferred, personal check is accepted under certain conditions. The owner reserves the right to cancel the holiday if payment has not been received in accordance with above statement. A notify email will send out to remind the renter.
5. Security Deposit: The security deposit shall be the sum of ($300.00). The payment is due with signed agreement. The premises shall be reserved under renter’s name as soon as the deposit reaches owner. Please note any oral reservation shall not lock up the property.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
