Willow Bay is a perfect location for any large family gathering. Located in a quiet neighborhood on Longboat Key, this home is nestled into tropical landscaping on a canal facing the Mangroves. You'll find rest and privacy when you relax in this Island getaway.

Inside the home is an open living room with comfy seating, a large "Smart TV" and floor-to-ceiling views of the canal and beautiful landscaping.
The newly remodeled kitchen has all the amenities of home, an open layout and a dining area that seats 6. You may want to take all your meals out to the lanai to enjoy the relaxing and tropical scenery. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and opens to the deck/lanai that runs the length of the back of the house. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds while the third bedroom has a queen and opens up to a private walk-out deck on the side of the house. Bedroom 4 has a futon that comfortably sleeps two. Baths one and two have tub/shower combinations and the third bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Avid boaters and fishing enthusiasts will enjoy the canal dock and access to open waters via boat, jet ski, kayak or even paddle boards. You can set sail from your own backyard!

Start your day with breakfast on the lanai watching the beautiful sunrise. It is just a short stroll to the silky, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico for a fun family day or to enjoy the breathtaking and romantic sunsets. After a short drive to the south you'll find shopping at St. Armands Circle or you may choose to spend a day at the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium. Charter a fishing trip, or take a sight-seeing cruise to dolphin-watch. If you enjoy culture, you will definitely enjoy the majestic Ringling Museum in Sarasota, and the gorgeous Selby Botanical Gardens.
