In 2009, we met our realtor Barry who is a British fellow and he sold us this beautiful property . Barry has been on the Island since its early beginnings and is able to share wonderful stories. He thought this was one of the best values on the Island because of its location and what the property had to offer. We are proud to be the owners and would love to share it with our Homeaway family.

Enjoy Breakfast on the Lanai in the morning sun while listening to the sounds of the birds and water on Smokehouse Bay one day, then drive a few blocks to Petit Soleil for breakfast the next. Walk or bike to the Esplanade for your morning coffee or some evening music. Walk 3 blocks to Marco River Marina enjoy a cold drink at Jack's Lookout , shop at the Marina store, take a lunch or dinner cruise on the Marco Island Princess, the Key West Express will take you on a Key West adventure for the day or over night. Rent a boat while you are at the marina another day and take your family on a intercostal adventure to Keewaydin Island, a trip kids or adults will never forget. Boat to Naples or Goodland for some waterside dinning. The Snook Inn , Davide's or the popular CJ's at the Esplanade are just a few places to enjoy dinner close by. Outlet store shopping is always on peoples lists when they come to Florida . Walk or ride a bike to the Local farmers market it's a great time for early risers. Air boat rides are 30 minutes away in nearby Everglades City with the Alligators. Take a day to go to Disneyworld/Orlando which is just 2 .5 hours away. On the way visit Bush Gardens in Tampa or horseback riding in Bradenton. Miami is only 1.5 hours away.

Another fabulous stay on Marco!

We recently returned from our "second" two week stay at this beautifully furnished and fully functional Marco Island executive canal home with pool and large dock near Smokehouse Bay. This exclusive rental property has again exceeded our expectations! It's superbly outfitted and equipped for any household or business need. Quiet, walkable neighborhood yet close to restaurants, pubs and marinas. The home offers everything you could ask for and more. Six bikes for family use, beach chairs, pool inflatables, fishing gear, smart TV's, stereo with surround and whole house speakers, patio furniture and the highest model Weber grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure. The Owners are always a pleasure to work with and easily contacted should you need them. We recommend this property and hope to return for our "third" visit again in the future. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us Kurt!

Beautiful Marco Island Get Away perfectly located to take advantage of everything Marco has to offer

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The home is exactly as it appears in the pictures. Great attention is taken by your maintenance and cleaning team to ensure that the home is perfect upon arrival. You have put a lot of thought into the amenities offered to make the stay at this home truly enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked with everything that you might need to have a wonderful family dinner up to throwing a party for friends who might just stop by. If that party is a BBQ, the grill on the lanai is just what you need. That was the cleanest well used grill I have ever seen.

All of the pool side chairs and lounges were in perfect condition and the towels both in the bathrooms and for the pool are plush and wonderful. Bikes were a great add on along with all of the gear needed for a beach run if that is your thing. Spent some time fishing off the dock and actually caught a nice trout.

The location is just about a half mile from Rose Marina where we rented a pontoon for a trip up to Tin City in Naples for lunch and also chartered a fishing charter. You are actually perfectly located to one of the islands best known bars, The Snook Inn. No trip to Marco is complete with out going and spending some quality time listening to live music as you watch the boats come and go to the Gulf of Mexico under their tiki hut bar.

We have been coming to Marco on and off for over 20 years and this is by far the best way to enjoy the island that we have found. The owners, Kurt & Sharron were responsive to all of our needs and we would recommend this vacation home to anyone interested in a little bit of paradise.
