Renters are required to provide their own sheets. Towels, pillows, quilts and blankets are provided. Primary bedroom en-suite is situated with a queen bed, bureau, TV and A/C. Primary bathroom features a custom tiled shower. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo, tiled floor and double vanity and a W/D. The spacious kitchen has all stainless appliances and all the essentials for preparing your meals. Dining table will seat 8 people with an additional dining table in the open living room which is perfect for board games or additional dining. The French doors off of the dining area open up to the deck that is appointed with table and chairs, umbrella and a gas grill. Large private yard for your enjoyment and a new outdoor shower. The family room is situated with comfy furnishings including a sectional, comfy chairs, and flat screen TV with Direct TV offering all the premium channels. Living room has A/C for your comfort. A family stay

We enjoyed the house - it was far more spacious than I anticipated. The proximity to our favorite beaches and local vendors was very much appreciated. We also celebrated our daughter's engagement - a celebratory moment captured at Corn Hill Beach at sunset so this trip was truly memorable! The house offered just about everything we needed (and we cook in a lot)! It would have been helpful to have beach gear (but we have collected quite a bit over the years and are used to bringing it all with us!). The owner is extremely responsive and was so on any inquiry we had prior to arriving. I would not hesitate to return to this property.

Great spot, with some caveats

Most of this house is in great shape, though the kitchen and its equipment desperately need updating. The location is wonderful, assuming you’re looking for Truro’s solitude. The house is missing some basics for a typical Cape rental, like beach chairs and beach towels. There are two automatic coffee makers, yet just three teaspoons, no tea kettle and no lobster crackers. The cleaning/maintenance staff should make sure there are working light bulbs in all the lamps (espy hard-to-access ones like above the kitchen sink and in the en-suite shower). There are several other details that need attention as well, but with these simple matters are addressed, I’d wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property.
