Our condo offers luxurious furnishings, kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood floors, jetted tub, washer/dryer, flatscreen HDTVs (Showtime and HBO) in every room, a full service kitchen and more.

Your vacation in our condo will feel like your home away from home. We are travelers ourselves, and one rule of thumb we keep is that wherever we stay should be at least as nice as where we live, which is why our condo in Park City is truly an escape away from it all!

As advertised. Roomy, comfortable. 40 steps on level ground to lift. At Main Street action.

Best location. 10 steps to ski locker. 25 steps to building exit. 40 more steps on level ground to lift. On Main Street shopping and restaurant street. Modern comfortable rooms. Parked for free inside and never moved the car. Exceptionally high quality TV’s.

Great spot - fantastic owner

Exactly what we needed - ski lift out your door - great beer and food across the road - owner super helpful when needed which was only support on an issue with an adjacent unit and some options for luggage storage due to a late pick up - 4 stars only because of the spas not working for our time (not the owners fault) and no ski in due to snow conditions - ski hire in the building super helpful - if you ski Sundance is a great time to go as the mountain was very empty. Highly recommend this accommodation if you can get a spot after we re-book for next season it is exactly as advertised.

Fantastic Location

We've stayed in the building on a prior vacation and it truly is the best location. My only interaction with the owners was via email. They were very nice in accommodating special requests. Pete one of the property managers that I spoke with was very cordial and helpful and if you have any issues definitely contact him. The other manager was not as cordial or helpful. We did need to contact them due to a problem with the blinds in the bedroom and some burned out lights in the bathroom They took care of it very quickly. There also was a power outage one evening for a couple of hours. There were 2 disposable flashlights, but only one was functioning. A reliable source of light would've been helpful and instruction on the electronic door system during the outage would also have been useful.

The unit is lovely and well equipped. It is on the first floor facing Main Street which makes it very convenient to all Park City has to offer. It also makes if very noisy due to poorly insulated windows. You could hear people talking right outside the window as if they were inside with you even with ear plugs. Unfortunately, we did get woken up in the middle of the night several times during our 9 day stay due to loud, rude people and delivery trucks beeping.

The furnishings are comfortable. Beds were comfy. Nice big screen television. Good size bathrooms. Loved the Keurig coffeemaker. Washer/dryer is terrific. Convenient ski locker and exit to the Town Lift. Many excellent restaurants within close walking distance. So many great features.

This is a great place to stay. Wish the windows were more sound proof, but that really is only an issue if you're a light sleeper like I am. Otherwise it's one of the best locations possible and I would definitely consider it for a future vacation.

Cannot beat this location! We would not want to stay anywhere else!

Attention skiers! This is the ultimate in convenience for ski-on, ski-off living. Located immediately adjacent to the town lift, you walk out the building’s second floor, walk about 10 steps and step into your skis. Its Main Street location makes going out to dinner super convenient! No need to rent a car as you can walk everywhere in town and there are trolleys, buses and plenty of Ubers.

Wonderful Park City experience

This condo is a fantastic place to stay if you're looking for the "in-town" experience, instead of the typical condo mega-plex. My family of 3 had a great time walking to all the nearby restaurants, shopping, activities, and shopping. The "Town Lift" was just steps outside the door.

Mathew was easy to communicate with and highly responsive.

The only hitch was with the parking garage -- we got a ticket while unlocking the condo to retrieve the parking pass. Watch out - they are fast!! I'd recommend leaving someone at the car while you get the pass from upstairs.

No complaints on the condo itself- it was beautifully furnished and Mathew left some nice touches like some K-cups for the coffee maker.

Note: This is on a low floor and the bedrooms are right next to the sidewalk outside, so street noise could be significant during high tourist season. It wasn't so bad in August - the town was fairly quiet during our stay.

Located in the absolute best location in downtown Old Town Park City, Utah! Literally steps away from the best of both worlds: 5-star dining in Park City and a Park City ski lift that whisks you up to one of the best Mountain Resorts in the world, Park City.

Located on the free shuttle route. Shuttle bus can take you to Deer Valley Resort (5 minutes away), The Canyons Ski Resort (10-minutes away), Outlet Shopping Center, and almost anywhere you'll need/want to go! Park City is conveniently located approx. 30 minutes away from Salt Lake City International Airport - Leave LA or NY in the morning and be on the slopes in the afternoon!

Ski: SKI Magazine ranks the two closest resorts Deer Valley #1 and Park City #4. Deer Valley is just a short shuttle away - steps from the door and Park City is ski on/off with the Town Lift mere footsteps from your door.

The Canyons Resort is a short shuttle ride away while Solitude, Bright, Snowbird and Alta are also accessible.
