Wonderful stay in Gilbert

Absolutely loved this property. I was so sad to leave after the month. I have rented many properties and this one was the cleanest I have ever been in. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe to walk in. We walked early morning and late in the evening. Backyard is gorgeous, a great place for early morning coffee or just enjoying the pool. Trees, bushes and flowers are well taken care of. Communication with the rental agency was excellent, had a reply back to any inquiry within minutes or hours. We had two of our adult children and one grandbaby join us separetly for a week and the saftely of the pool area is great. There are 2 parks close by for children, and the San Tan Village is literally minutes away. You could walk but we had unseasonally warm temps this October so opted to drive. I feel the location is perfect for hiking or sporting events. We pretty much covered the area between the Usery Mountains, San Tan Moutains and the Superstions. I would not hesitate to rent this property.

Spacious Home in an Excellent Location

This house is in a lovely neighborhood, close to San Tan Shopping Village, and conveniently located to the 202 freeway for access to reach several golf courses, hiking areas and theatres in less than 1/2 hr. The bed was very comfortable and the back yard beautifully landscaped for sitting, reading and watching the birds. We enjoyed our two months here and loved this location in the city of Gilbert.

Would happily return!

A nice home in a great neighborhood. It was a very enjoyable place for friends to visit, with privacy in the layout. Three bedrooms and two and a half baths were available. There were a few problems with the internet and tv, which were addressed in a timely manner. It is somewhat dated and could use some upgrades, but we enjoyed the rental and it has an amazing yard and pool area.

The backyard was an oasis as described !

This was a beautiful house! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was great to be able to grill outside. My 2 minor issues: 1). There was no cleaning supplies for us to clean up after ourselves. There was no toilet bowl cleaner or sink cleaner for our use. 2). The master BR shower had black mold or ? around the door ledge. My eyes just kept going to it. All in all, it was a great place to rest. Very close to shopping. Thank you !

Arizona getaway

We stayed one month and very much enjoyed our accomodations. There was plenty of room for us and a few friends. The beds were comfortable and the yard was well maintained. Loved the location! So close to shoppimg and restaurants,we walked! Overall it was an excellent experience.
