Nani Moku F203 has everything you could want and more....located within the newly constructed, luxury and award winning Waipouli Beach Resort. One of the most impressive features is the two-acre fantasy pool and garden designed to rejuvenate your spirit. Black lava rock, bright bursts of hibiscus and plumeria blossoms, and dreamy waterfalls surround you as you swim. A soak in the hot tub is always welcomed after a plummet down one of the two serpentine waterslides. Poolside services include a snack and beachside bar nearby. Waipouli's ‘Spa by the Sea’ and the new state of the art Fitness Hut will be your relaxing tropical sanctuary. For indulgences of a different sort, dine at your own ‘Oasis on the Beach’ Restaurant specializing in Pacific Rim fusion cuisine.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Nani Moku’s location within the resort offers uninterrupted mountain and tropical garden views from every room!

The stairwell is right outside the front door which takes you to the open grass garden that your lanai overlooks and also to the secured pool, fitness center, restaurant and beach! An elevator is also located a short distance away. The location is truly the best of all worlds for the price!

Nani Moku has also been recently completely re furnished with beautiful island decor and antiques that will truly enhance your tropical vacation experience. Plus, in addition to the full size gourmet kitchen equipped with WOLF appliances is every kitchen gadget, small appliance and tool you think of to maximize your experience.

Both master suites include sliding glass door to a personal lanai, ceiling fan, 32” Flat Screen TVs, alarm clocks with Ipod/Iphone docking stations and chargers, room-darkening Mahogany blinds and Egyptian cotton sheets on Brazilian Cherry King-size beds. Have your choice of soft, pillow-top or firm mattress and choice of pillow firmness.

Both spacious master suite bathrooms have double sinks, large walk-in showers and roomy soaker tubs. The guest bathroom has a single sink and walk in shower. Each includes large body towels, bath towels, hand towels & beach towels.

The living area and dining area is tastefully appointed and equipped with a 40” Flat Screen TV, DVD, stereo with Ipod/Iphone docking station, couch , two wicker chairs and beautiful Indonesian dining table.

The main lanai is accessible from the living room for outdoor dining and also from master suite 1.

We welcome both weekend and long term rentals.

Stays over 2 weeks will receive regularly scheduled 'Tidy Clean' Service for an additional charge.

Great location

Condo was nice, location great, and pool and beach awesome, but needs a little attention. TV speakers were very poor, one bathroom handle fell off, and other bathroom tp holder about to fall off and tub drain didn't work. Glass on table doesn't fitand rather awkward. All in all, we had a great time. Place was quiet. Again, the pool was wonderful.

Excellent stay

Our stay was great. Previous recent reviews had us a little nervous but based on our experience, all was good.We did have an issue with the a/c but we found out the hard way to make sure all doors are closed all the way! Also, the building F, G & H were all having some issues with the coolant, per the on island property manager but Sheila was great and came ASAP when we called her and even checked on us the next day. All was good and we would stay in this unit again!

This rental needs some serious maintenance. The stove top burners only worked some of the time. There are 4 sliding doors with broken screens that fall out when opened or closed. One of the sliders is missing the handle for opening and closing. The entire stay we couldn’t get the A/C to set below 77. The common areas such as hallways stairwells and doors are filthy. The doors haven’t been scrubbed down in months. This was my first time visiting Hawaii and for the amount of money spent on a place to stay I expected more. The living room did not accommodate 4 adults comfortably. The Living room TV has blown speakers so you hear crackling and static. The resort restaurant , The Oasis was nice and the staff were friendly. The pool was wonderful!

Great complex, neglected condo

To start, this review does NOT reflect on the complex, which is amazing, or the cleaning service which did a thorough job before we checked in. The unit had multiple issues. First, the air conditioning quit 2 nights before the end (was not an open exterior door and we tried resetting the breaker to no avail). Messaged and texted the owner, no response. Luckily the air started working randomly the next day. Secondly, the unit is in need of a LOT of repairs; bathroom door handle came off, hall toilet seat broken, blinds in living room needed to be reattached and were also slightly broken, dishwasher was replaced at one point but not actually installed correctly as it would come forward when you opened the door as it wasnt bolted in place, tv in the left bedroom had no picture and it was not a setting issue as it had sound, damage on wall next to dining table, exterior patio door missing handle on the outside, glass on dining table was warped, dryer worked but took a lot longer to dry we suspected a clogged dryer vent, thermostat kept defaulting to 75 at night when we had it set to 73, and the living room furniture badly needs an update. The unit if kept up would be awesome, but badly needs an update and repairs. I will happily stay in this complex again, but not this unit.
