The large open living area is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture, unique pieces of art and rich soft furnishings. The lounge has a large deep leather corner sofa and a large plasma television with Foxtel connection. As with all areas of this home, this space has been designed to accommodate families, entertainment and relaxation. This area is fully air-conditioned.

The large, white fully equipped kitchen includes a smaller informal dining area which consists of 4 bar stools.

The Dining Area seats up to 6 and opens out to the first outdoor entertaining area Overlooking the gorgeous view of Bondi. The deck houses a large outdoor setting and BBQ as well as a matching table. Its leafy surrounds offer privacy and the garden's design and use of light and shade create a wonderful environment for year round.

The large master bedroom opens onto a south facing balcony equipped with sun beds. Along with the super king size bed, side tables and generous built-ins, this room has a private seated area. Like all the bedrooms it has a lovely natural light as well as quality block out curtains to assist in a comfortable night's sleep. This bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep in the warmth or cold. The master bedroom has a private ensuite equipped with a shower.

The light and roomy double bedroom has built in wardrobes. All beds are made up with hotel quality sheets.

The large main bathroom includes a shower, large vanity and toilet as well as a bath.

Step outside and you'll soon recognise the convenience of this centrally located property. Three famous beaches, including Bondi, are all just 5 minutes walk away. Even closer is an ethnically diverse range of food providores. Whilst there is plenty of street parking in the area, efficient bus transport is also nearby, to take you to Bondi Junction, the City or many beachside and harbourside suburbs.

House Rules: A bond is required for the duration of your stay. ( Bond is one weeks rent)

Exit Time:

Is 10.00 am unless otherwise agreed at least 24 hours in advance. Our cleaners arrive at 10am sharp and it is important that they have an empty property to prepare for our next guests. There is a waiting charge of $30 per hour.


Remove all rubbish and recycling from the property and put it in the allocated bins. If there is excess rubbish please notify us immediately as this has the potential to create much larger problems and particularly neighbor complaints.


Please leave beds that have been used unmade & place all used towels in the bathtub or shower. Please do not wash as all our linen is professionally laundered.


Clean all dishes, pots and pans properly and return to cupboards. Empty the dishwasher of clean dishes, run the dishwasher when empty so that it is fresh for our next guests.

Appliances and BBQ:

Clean oven and pay particular attention to the BBQ. Our cleaners will not clean these as a part of their scheduled duties and attracts a fee of $50 per appliance.


Turn off all lights, air conditioning and heating. (Electricity is very expensive in Australia and we also try and be as eco friendly as possible)


Leave keys inside the property together with the welcome booklet, on the kitchen counter.

Note: When exiting it is your responsibility to ensure that the property is fully locked and secure.

If the office has asked for the keys to be returned to our office, pleases use our black keybox located at office front door for after hours.

Baby Equipment:

Thoroughly clean the high chair and portable cot. Fold up and store neatly near the front door.

Leaving The Property:

When you are leaving please be cautious that moving your luggage does not damage the property. Be considerate; keep noise or disruption to neighbors to minimum.

Accidental Damage:

If anything has been broken or damaged please notify Bondi Beach Rentals so we can properly manage the replacement or repair.

Maintenance & Repairs:

If there are any repairs, or maintenance that requires our attention, please email -----@-----.--- so that we can tend to this prior to the next guests arriving.

One last walkthrough:

Please take a moment to double or triple check that nothing is left behind, as returning valuables will be at your cost!

Please try to leave the property in the same condition (or better) than it was when you arrived.
