Pearson & Smith is a beautifully renovated art deco styled home, including all the extra comforts you want during your stay such as stylish bedrooms with luxurious bed linen, fluffy thick white towels, natural sunlight shining through the home, space for the kids to be kids and unlimited on street parking which is a rarity considering how close you are to the city.
The fully equipped kitchen includes Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee pods, a large stainless steel fridge, cook top, under bench oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, pantry, storage, essential cooking utensils. European laundry with Washing Machine, Iron and Ironing Board, ducted heating in all rooms, Air conditioning in the living area, a six seater dining table, 50" Full HD LED TV, DVD Player, Books, games, magazines, High speed Free Wi-Fi, Micro stereo system, toys for young children. Bedroom 1 - A comfortable queen ensemble, cot and change table
Bedroom 2 - A tri bunk (double on the bottom and a single on top) and a separate single bed.
Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay
-A fold out bed: $75
-A wooden porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the portacot.
Linen and towels are supplied for you.
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

This house is in the perfect location for exploring some of the best spots that Brunswick, Carlton, Melbourne CBD and Docklands have to offer and you will come across some of the best restaurants found in Melbourne situated on the famous Lygon street which includes 400 Gradi, the home of the world's best margherita pizza as voted in the World Pizza Championship in Italy 2014.
There are also great cycling/running/walking tracks in the area and it's an 8 minute walk to the vibrant and iconic Sydney road shops cafe's and the Mediterranean supermarket. There are also 3 large supermarkets (Woolworths, Coles and IGA) deli's, butchers and fruit shops within walking distance. Highpoint shopping centre is a 10 minute drive away.

1.Please relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.
2.Please call Lisa on +-- ---- ---- if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests within the property, including its car park and grounds.
Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it's a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please call Lisa on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes etc in the kitchen.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels on bathroom floor.
13.Please ensure the keys that you used during your stay are left inside in the appropriate place.
14.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
15.Please ensure that the keys from the key safe are returned after locking the door on your departure.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
We had a great time in Melbourne over the holidays - in part to this wonderful house where we stayed. There were 7 of us and the house had beds for all of us, and plenty of room to spread out. The house is in a GREAT location - across the street from a beautiful park and very close to public transportation and not far off the main highways. The house was very neat and clean and we immediately felt at home. They even provided a mini-Christmas tree to brighten up the house for the holidays! We would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Melbourne.
