This property is perfect for a small group or for a large family gathering. The house features all around mountain view, spa with a cozy relaxing lounge and a large sauna plus wooden tubs for hot and cold soaks, gym, large hot tub on outside patio and a large game room. The large open living room/dining/bar area makes it a perfect location for anniversaries and other celebrations. There are total of ten bedrooms sleeping 19 people. 9 are double/king, and one is a single bedroom with a 120cm bed. The house is located within an easy reach of all main attractions of South Iceland and there is only 5-15 min drive to the nearest restaurants in the area.

Amazing property to enjoy the gorgeous Golden Circle

We had four generations staying in this extremely comfortable house. From the hot tub and fire pit to the sound system and game room to the spa and fitness center, there was truly something for everyone to enjoy! Location is perfect to enjoy Iceland's beauty and activities. Host was very responsive and helpful. Even provided introduction to a private chef, which proved to be helpful and delicious. Fine dining at the VRBO after an action-packed day can't be beat. Although the property feels very remote, it is also convenient to grocery stores and restaurants in Selfoss. Can't say enough great things about our whole experience here!

Amazing retreat house in the heart of Iceland.

Our group of 10 spent the week at this property for our annual business retreat. We travel internationally every year for our meeting and this was hands down the best experience we've ever had. The house was huge, well appointed and private. The game room was great and the spa amenities were amazing. Like having a professional hotel spa in your house! The owner was very helpful with recommendations for great restaurants and activities and everyone associated with this house that we interacted with was top notch. I couldn't recommend this property more - 5 stars is not enough.

Property was a great home base for our Iceland adventure. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Location served our itinerary well. Host was great to work with and communicated well with our group. Their chef recommendation also worked out great for our group! 10 out of 10 for everyone involved!

Amazing

The property is great for a large group with plenty of space and bedrooms. The game room is perfect for hanging out. The location is really well situated for day excursions around the golden circle. We had some really good food catered for breakfast and dinner, ask Signy she will get you set up with the chef.

We choose this property because of the convenient location and accessibility throughout the year. Winter time is also wonderful in this are and easy to get around. It is close to the international airport (1 1/2 drive), to Reykjavik and all main attractions South Iceland has to offer.
