Very nice. Terrific location for all the tourist sites.

The only reason for only 4 stars was because the heating nest controller was messed up. I didn’t call about it because it wasn’t a big deal but I sure they would have resolved the issue if I had.

Great apartment and excellent location

We enjoyed this apartment and it was in a great location. Quick walk to the hop on/hop off trolley, the Boston Tea Party museum, and many restaurants. We REALLY appreciate there is a washer, dryer and A BOX FAN!!!! We always sleep with a fan on.

The only way to stay

Beautiful and comfortable apartment ! Easy Uber ride anywhere you want to go. The work out room had anything you might want for a quick workout .Will definitely stay there again when I'm in Boston

On A Street

The apartment was clean, in a good location and well-equipped. Our party was two couples enjoying Bostons history for a couple days before a cruise. The only complaints I have is if you have a TV in one bedroom, you should have one in the other. Otherwise, no bedroom TVs at all. Also, the first picture in your ad of the pool table suggests that it is in the unit. Pretty misleading. That pool table is actually in a common area.

Plenty of room, clean, and safe area within walking distance to children’s museum and Boston Harbor

We loved our stay at 315 at A. The two bedroom two bath was clean and convenient for all the site seeing we did during our visit. Our boys loved having the pool table, roof deck, and workout room on the 20th floor and being so close to the children’s museum and the Boston Harbor Tea Party Ships and Museum was a plus. FYI...this is an up and coming area and there is not a grocery store close to this location yet, but a large CVS Pharmacy with a cold food section and all the basics is only about a block away. Also, there is no parking with the location, but we had no need. We enjoyed getting around easily by walking and with Uber when needed. By far, those that managed the front desk were the most helpful and kind we have encountered. There was not a time that we had a question they did not attempt to help us find the answer. We would definitely stay at 315 at A again.

Boston with a view

This was a lovely modern and very clean apartment. The location was great, just a short walk to the heart of everything. The only thing that left a sour taste for us was the concierge very kindly agreed to arrange for a taxi to be called for a 4.30am pick-up to the airport on the morning of our departure (we asked the night before). We were travelling from Australia and did not have access to a cell phone or we'd have done it ourselves. We found ourselves panicking at 4.40am in the pitch black waiting for a cab that didn't come, and the receptionist on duty hadn't been asked to make the call as agreed. Thankfully a lovely Uber driver who was passing by took pity on us and drove us to the airport and we just made it. If it hadn't been for him, we'd have missed our flight. I know the concierge of the building isn't connected to the VRBO booking, so shouldn't affect our review, but it really spoiled our short stay. Next time we travel abroad we'll make sure we have access to a local cell phone and we won't rely on someone else - this was the only time in our 6-week trip that we felt stranded. Again, the apartment is in a good location and has plenty of space.
