Excellent freeway access to the whole Phoenix area. Especially good access to Scottsdale.

Home has owners recording studio behind a locked glass wall. The studio is excluded from the square footage. It is available by special arrangement.

We live nearby and are responsive to needs that might arise during your visit. We have owned several vacation rental properties and have stayed at many as well. Through this experience we are knowledgeable about the little touches that make a place really comfortable.

This property is used as the owners private recording studio so there is an attention to detail that you can only find in a property that is used often by the owner. The studio is excluded from the square footage but is behind a beautiful glass wall.

The owner lives near by and is very responsive.

The kitchen is very well stocked with the gadgets that a foodie or a family needs to eat meals in the home. The kitchen seats 8 with 6 at the table and 2 at the breakfast bar.

Music House had such a good feeling as soon as you enter

Firstly, our hosts were excellent to deal with from reservation to departure. My stay was 2 weeks long. The first with just my husband and I and the second week with golfing friends. The home’s layout is great with big rooms and high ceilings. The attentiveness to detail was appreciated e.g. sharp kitchen knives for meal preps at home, we’ll supplied kitchen, linens, etc. With easy access to Highways 101 and 202, it was a great central location to golf courses, hiking, the airport, the start line of the Rock and Roll half marathon, Old Town Scottsdale for dining and the Art Walk, fine dining and shopping in North Scottsdale. Thank you for sharing your home Patty and Earl. We look forward to our next stay.

Great location and great vacation rental

The “music house” was a great place to stay. It was very clean, well furnished and quiet. We enjoyed the location as it was close to many of the places we wanted to go. Earl and Patty were available and happy to answer any questions we had! Definitely would come back again!

Family Friendly Gathering Place

We spent two weeks at the music house and they went by very quickly. The house was used as the focal point for holiday gatherings and we made extensive use of the kitchen and gas grill.

The house was extremely clean and everything was in good working order. The best part of the house was its open layout. The cooks in the kitchen never missed out on activities going on in the family room and the abundant windows allowed for plenty of winter sun for us snowbirds. Additionally, there is a large fenced backyard for little ones to run around in without wandering off. The pictures showcase this house to a T and we highly recommend it as a home away from home! It is clear that Patty and Earl take great pride in their house.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and owners who really care and make it feel like home!

Absolutely the best experience we've had renting a home. Our family lives locally and we needed a place to stay while our new home was being remodeled. The owners are close by and were happy to show us the house before we paid anything for it. The home has had a lot of care put into it and is well stocked with extra blankets, pillows, bedding, pack 'n play crib, books, baby gate, cleaning supplies and everything you need to make a gourmet meal in the kitchen! Love the black out curtains in all the rooms! We enjoyed the large bath tub and appreciated the half bath near the main living area. We were able to park in the garage which was so nice in the summer heat. Our family of 6 was very comfortable throughout our stay as everyone had their own private space, we were even able to accommodate my mom who came for a couple of nights! We needed to call the owners on a couple of occassions and they were very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. We stayed longer than we expected and needed to extend our stay while our home was being finished, Earl and Patty were very flexible and gave us the first opportunity to stay over others who were wanting to rent. It was so nice not to have to move our 4 young kids again! We would highly recommend this house to anyone and felt the price was very fair for all it has to offer. Five stars all the way!
