Relax and enjoy this newly renovated private guest apartment that is located on Ogden's east bench in a quiet, tree lined street. Classic 1920's and 30's style homes. Thhis cozy 900 square foot open spaced apartment has an amazing view of the mountains from two separate covered balconies.

It is conveniently located close to shopping centers, restaurants, theaters, blocks from the golf course, hiking trails, Weber State University McKay Dee Hospital and is only 20 minutes from Utah's best kept secret Snow Basin and Powder Mountain ski resorts.

Decorated and funished with all of the comforts of home.

It has a full kitchen with 6 ft island, refrigerator, stove, mircowave, dishwasher and disposal. There is a dinnerware service for 6, including silverware and beverage glasses as well as pots, pans, toaster, coffeepot,crockpot, BBQ grill and utensils.

The bathroom has a large tub and shower with bath towels, hand and washcloth and rugs.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed with brand new mattress and foundation, down comforter, dresser, closet and high quality bedding. Hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The open living area includes pub style dining table w/4 chairs, a large chaise sofa, chair, ottoman, coffee table, loveseat sleeper (twin), leather area rug, flat screen HD television, Xfinity Cable TV, ROKU and DVD player.

High-Speed Internet connection. WI-FI booster.

The Guest apartment has no yard access.


No deposit required but if any damage is caused during your stay you will be billed.

A Little Gem!

Located in a quiet residential street, the apartment was cosy but spacious and had everything we needed, it was like home from home. Although situated behind Deborah’s house, our privacy was not compromised in any way. Would definitely recommend this beautiful apartment to anyone visiting Ogden.

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The owner was available and very helpful. The location was perfect and an easy drive to the ski areas. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when in Ogden.

Clean, comfortable, well appointed.

Charming and ample size for single or couple. Tastefully decorated with a Pier 1 feel. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Furniture was clean sturdy and appeared to be newer. Carpets not worn and were very clean. The TV was plenty big with several streaming services. Owner is charming, helpful, and appreciative of her guests. Location is accessible to all the Ogden has to offer with easy access to ski areas. Overall, the experience exceeded expectations and I would happily return if circumstances permit.

Would not go back!

The unit was leased out to us for 3 people, but it really is a 2-person unit. The master has a comfortable queen bed but the living room has a small single-bed pull out sofa for a very short person. The single bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and also was not supplied with any thick or warm blanket for cover. The covers supplied were thin materials and small in size. We used multiple layers of thin short covers to try to stay warm.

A week before arrival, I called the owner to explore possible change of dates and even though she had availability, she refused to switch weeks, started raising her voice, shouting at me on the phone and would not let me even finish my sentence. We were well aware of her zero cancellation, zero refund policy and were merely trying to "explore" other dates if possible. She was not a nice person or professional to deal with. For that reason, We will not go back.

Furthermore, when originally I had booked the unit with her, I expressed concern about her zero refund policy and she told me, oh just purchase the trip insurance on VRBO site and you will be protected. Well, we had. Note to the unit owner and future renters: the coverage is only for catastrophic reasons.

Owner's Response: The apartment is 900 square feet in size and the Ogden City occupancy limit for the apartment is 3 people. With an inquiry of 3 people in the party I discuss whether the sleeping arrangements will fit their needs. This person was aware of the single bed sleeper sofa before she booked the apartment. She said the bed would work for her 3 year old. The bed has a foam topper for added comfort and support (the apartment has been rented over 200 times and this is the first time I’ve heard the bed was uncomfortable). While here she contacted me several times but never said she had a problem and never asked for extra blankets. I live on site and if someone needs anything I gladly supply the additional items. A week before the scheduled arrival the guest called saying that she wasn't sure they would be coming due to no snow at the ski resorts. I reminded her of my non-refundable cancellation policy. She then wanted to change the dates of her stay. I explained that I do not deviate from my policies (one of which is not allowing date changes) and could not accommodate her request. She was not happy with my reply and tried to convince me to let her change the dates, insisting that I allow her to do as she was requesting. After the conversation continued in this endless loop I became frustrated with her and I did raise my voice. I do apologize for my behavior. Whenever any potential guest inquires about staying, along with other matters, I point out my policies including the non-refundable cancellation policy, etc. I also inform them of VRBO’s trip insurance in case of cancellation. I did this with her. It is up to the individual to be aware of what VRBO policy covers. It is not my doing that they don't cover for low snow conditions.

Cozy, welcoming Apt. in a charming neighborhood

I rented this garage apartment for a few days while I was visiting my son. The owner was welcoming and had,everything I could have wanted right there. Cozy ambiance was a delightful surprise, so clean and organized. The kitchen had all I needed, and even baked cookies for my son and his friends. It didn't feel like a rental property, but was very homey. I will definitely stay here again.
