Each of the 2 bedroom, 2 bath units in this unique masonry building features a spacious balcony, many with views of the bay and wetlands. The beach and ocean are just a short distance across Coastal Highway and dining options are close by. Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, and central air. The building has an outdoor pool, off-street parking for two cars and an elevator.
Non-smoking unit overlooking pool, wetlands and bay. Some parking is under building - height restrictions apply.

The layout of the building was nice offering a view of the bay from every balcony. The unit floor plan was also
were very nice and roomy. However, the decor was very dated ('80s)and was in need of a good cleaning. Living room furniture was worn and torn in places, walls had black smudge marks on them and mattresses needed replacing. Wall hangings also needed updating, most were old puzzles that had been glued together. We wouldn't mind staying at the Bay Princess again however, we would not choose this unit and would not recommend it to anyone.
