Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses, and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away form the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!
Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

Clean, well kept condo with good security and immaculate landscaping that provides all the basics for a good stay including a good bed. Bathroom needs updating and sliding patio door needs fixing because very hard to slide

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very noisy, loud bathroom fan, no insulation between units.There was a musty smell. The place needs TLC. Good location, beautiful bay!

It was a very noisy unit. No insulation between units. The bathroom fan was so very noisy! Musty smell. Needs TLC!!! Great location , not so good unit!

Disappointing

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was below standard for my usual 10 day stay at turtle bay. The unit I wanted and reserved developed a leak before I arrived so management moved me to this unit without asking my approval. I felt it was a much older unit that had not been updated in years, inferior furnishings and horrible bathroom. The owner provided the bare minimum of items. I’ve usually enjoyed my rentals here but this stay was below my standards and I was charged the same amount. Very disappointed.

June Stay at Turtle Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The security person who "helped" us our first night did not seem to understand what he was doing - we had three people in our car checking in together past 9pm at night, he told us only one person could check in at a time, and when the intercom kept hanging up we had to re-tell him who we were and what we wanted, and he told us the intercom was on a timer and we had to "talk faster". The fact that there was only one air conditioning unit in the rental made it difficult to get ready in the morning b/c it was hot in the bathroom. Overall, however, the location was good and convenient to where I had to be each day and if I were there on vacation it would have been fine, although I still would prefer to have air conditioning in rooms other than just the bedroom.
