Welcome to one of the finest suites in one of the new complexes in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. Beautifully appointed, it features 2 bedrooms, 1 office, laundry room and 3 bathrooms and has been beautifully decorated with original artwork by its owners. The decor is contemporary, with Mexican and tropical touches. It is intended to be relaxed, and comfortable. It has been furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind.All bedrooms are equipped with a flat screen TV, iPod docking station alarm clock, safe, phone, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom features a king size bed, lots of closet space and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also features a king size bed, and double built-in closets and dressers with en-suite bathroom. The office has a desktop computer for you to use as well as a printer. The computer screen can also be switched to use as a TV.

The living room features an L-shape sofa and 1 sofa chair, 4K HD flat screen TV with satellite service Sonos surround sound system.

The dining room seats 8 comfortably and has a partial ocean view for your enjoyment while dining.

The kitchen comes fully equipped, ready for you to prepare your favorite gourmet meal. It includes gas stove, wall oven and micro-convection oven and warming drawer, S/S fridge with water and ice dispenser, and dishwasher. There is a table service for 18, and all of the kitchen tools you would expect.

There is also an en-suite laundry facility.

The suite features a terrace for lounging and enjoying the sunsets after a day at the beach. There are also 2 separate balconies/terraces off each bedroom for some quiet time to read a book or admire the mountain.

The suite also has a computer, printer, and wireless internet access.

The complex is very centrally located in the Romantic Zone and is directly on Los Muertos beach and next to the Cuale river with great restaurants, bars, stores, and other attractions that make Puerto Vallarta such a favorite spot to visit and return to. Its location makes it very accessible, meaning no hills to climb unless you want to and making a car unnecessary.

Why Owner- Steven Martin chose Emiliano Zapata

We decided to purchase this property after owning our first Puerto Vallarta property for 7 years. We favoured this property because it is in the same building as as our first one and we have been very satisfied with the builder. We like this particular building because it is centrally located, in town, on flat land, no hills to climb and we were able to get the best unit we wanted in the complex which received major top of the line renovations from the previous owner over the past couple of years before we purchased it. We find the unit spacious, perfectly located in the complex with one of the best views, amazing high ceilings, great cross breezes and a perfect setting for watching the amazing Puerto Vallarta sunsets.

What makes this condo unique

We love the fact that it was a 3 bedroom converted to 2 bedrooms and an office with 3 washrooms, large living room and dinning area with a kitchen that 2 people can cook in while still entertaining your guests due to the open concept design. We like the amazingly beautiful pool and the common area beside it where you can socialize with your neighbours and/or friends. We love that we can walk to everything and don't have to use a car while on vacation. The staff within the complex are very friendly and helpful. The whole complex is pristinely maintained on a daily basis. We also love that the complex is fairly new and is in excellent condition with very few repairs expected for quite some time.

A Perfect Vacation in Every Way!

We had a perfectly lovely week in this beautiful property. This is the second year in a row that we stayed here. We feel like it is our Puerto Vallarta “Home away from home” and plan to return again next year. The view from the terrace is spectacular, the furnishings are exquisite, and the pool is quiet & relaxing. The entire experience from rental, to checkin & checkout is always seamless. Thanks, Steve! Steve you have a wonderful place here. My wife and I enjoyed the food, entertainment and just the overall friendliness of all the staff here. We love the way you have decorated the condo. You can't beat the view from the balcony. We hope to come back next year.

Perfect location - fantastic property

This unit is really beautiful - the pictures shown do not do it justice. Lush, comfortable furniture and beds - beautiful artwork and statues all provide for a comfortable stay. The entire home is stocked with all the things you could find at home yet provides the relaxation and amenities of a luxury hotel. The view from the balcony is amazing anytime of day from the sunrises and sunsets, to the view of the Malecon, to the view of Banderas Bay with fireworks each night from the Pirate ship excursions. You will never be at a loss for activities or restaurants and bars to frequent. Pick a gate to go out and you will find a new shop or restaurant to experience. The pool is amazing with a swim up bar where delicious food and drinks are served. Richard and Gidget make some of the best food and drinks in Old Town and you don't even need to leave the complex.

We had an amazing time, and will most definately return to this property - thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Great property in a fantastic location

The photos of the property listed are spot on. It's beautiful located in a section of Old Town that is walk able to almost anywhere, except Marina Vallarta and Nuevo Vallarta, for which it is a short taxi ride away. For those who like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with almost everything you could ever need. The beds are incredibly comfortable. And the owners provided a few things I didn't expect, like beach towels, soap, shampoo, etc. Even plastic glasses so that you can make a cocktail and bring it down to the pool! Having the office was a nice touch as well as we were able to book excursions. If you are the thrill seeking type, I'd recommend Wild Trek adventures (ATVs, Zip Lines, etc). There is also an amazing little spa right across the street - Venus Moon Southside Spa. Their Aztec Massage was amazing. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance include Cafe des Artistes, Bistro Teresa and Bravos. So much good food! And the gentleman working the security gate (Juan) was incredibly helpful arranging for cabs and giving great advice. Prior to our arrival, Fernando coordinated a delivery of groceries for us so that we were well stocked for the week. Very convenient. I found the AC units to be a little tricky to operate and couldn't get them figured out on the first night, but figured it out the next day. Maybe we were just tired from our long travels the first night when it was explained to us. We thought we had to keep the AC running for it to be cool, but really the place keeps cool without running the AC much in 90 degree weather. Overall a great experience!

Absolutely perfect location, and the nicest home I've ever stayed in

For this trip to Puerto Vallarta, we wanted to stay in the absolute center of all the best. Right on the beach? Check! Right in the middle of the best shopping? Check! Surrounded by dozens of the best restaurants in one of the top foodie destinations in the Western Hemisphere? Check! Throw a baseball in any direction and hit a bar? Check! Biggest pool in the entire town? Check! (With a swim up bar in the afternoon might I add - bonus check!)

This condo development is ideal: go out the door and turn one direction and you're in El Centro; turn the other and you're in the romantic zone. Probably 50 restaurants within 3 blocks. Tons of shops and bars. 24 hour security on the property and maid service twice a week. Beautiful grounds, hammocks, massive pool. This is the property to be in for your central PV stay.

Now onto this unit: drop dead gorgeous! The view of the bay and the town from the 8th floor is jaw dropping. Huge open concept indoor layout of kitchen, living, dining room opens up to the massive furnished terrace. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings and beds; artwork throughout; chefs kitchen with high end appliances; huge bedrooms and bathrooms; very cool AC and ceiling fans everywhere; free high speed internet access. Very private (only one other unit on the floor), very quiet. This unit is really beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Thank you so much to the owners for creating such a special home, and for letting us rent the best unit in the best building in the best part of town!

Luxurious oasis

Beautiful suite with fantastic views. Always so nice to see dolphins jumping in the bay while having your coffee first thing in the morning. The terrace feels like a spa. The artwork is gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable. Kinda makes one of the best things about being on vacation is not getting out of bed. Completely furnished with everything you might need, yet so many great restaurants are in walking distance. Definitely will return!
