Kid friendly, 3 level, all-season lakeside resort home has water-front views with a sandy beach for swimming just a few steps from front/back door. Spacious living room with cathedral ceiling, gas fireplace (with floor to ceiling stone chimney), 1 of 2 Big HD TV's, blue-ray/DVD player (ROKU on demand and streaming for adults and kids), dining room with seating that expands for 10, plus a breakfast bar; a fully equipped kitchen and spacious deck; all of these rooms and deck overlooking water, dock and beach. Lower level family/game room has water views, ping pong table, a separate 3-way game table (foosball, mini-pool and slide hockey) and cable TV on a big HD screen. This 2800+ square foot stand-alone house features waterfront, beach (boating and water activities) tennis and skiing...set in a private, cloistered condominium complex. Golf is less than 15 minutes away (3 golf courses within 20 minutes).

Restaurants, movie theaters, antique shopping and 2 screen 'drive-in' movie theater is close at hand. Pleasant Mountain ski area is across the street (multiple ski areas within reasonable range), minutes from North Conway activities & outlet malls, Saco River and Conway steam train ride. There are a variety of places and/or activities for each season to satisfy anyone's interests, including relaxing.

Great house, great location!

We were an extended family: Parents celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary, our two children and their spouses, and our 4 year old grandson. This 3 story house allowed for some separation and privacy for each sub-family group when desired, but we also felt that it was a "whole family experience. Three kayaks were great for the lake. Importantly, the house is the closest of all the community to the sandy beach and boat dock-only about 30-40 yards away, but still with all the privacy we needed. Owners were very responsive to all our questions. Overall,an ideal VRBO experience.

The property was nice, but we found there is 2 sets of regulations (The owners and Owners,renters and guest from the condo association)that should be examine with a fine tooth comb for clarity. They're both sent to you to be signed to verify that you understand them. You may want a lawyer to review them, before you get extra charge to your credit card.

Moose Pond Maine

The house could not have been cleaner, more comfortable, or better stocked. But what our family of 6 enjoyed most was its amazing proximity to the beach and lakefront. Friendly sandy entrance into the water and good weather made swimming a daily occurrence. We didn't mind at all running into other families who share the beach. Keith was a fantastic host, responsive, thoughtful and attentive when needed. Hope we can come back.

Very enjoyable!!

It has many amenities too numerous to recount here. Lovely beach right out our backdoor; water is crystal clear! Kayak and paddle board are available. Owners very helpful with questions and good communicators. All 10 of us have a wonderful family vacation.

In July of 2015 Keith & Susan purchased this unique "standalone" house (no shared/common walls) in a premium condominium village. The house is nestled by the lake side (with adjoining beach and access to boating and a variety of water activities) with water views from the main rooms, deck area and all bedrooms. The couple immediately made several improvements to the house; including hard wood floors (main level), new plank flooring to the family/game room, several new appliances, 2 wide screen TV's, a multi-game table and assorted amenities. Tennis is on the property and Skiing/Boarding is across from the complex. In short, the home provides ample ambiance and comfort, to relax after an "active" or "leisure" day.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house because it was a perfect match for our family needs; we love the waterfront & ski slope combo...and the area attractions are endless. We loved the layout of the house, the openness of the cathedral ceiling "great room" with hardwood floors and floor to ceiling stone fireplace (newly converted to gas), and a game room for all ages...all overlooking the water. We hope you will enjoy all that it offers; total comfort wrapped in activities galore.

What makes this property unique

There is very little that any person, or family, could want for that isn't right by your doorstep; whether your interests are active or leisure...lake centric activities, country roads, snow skiing/boarding, shopping...an all encompassing milieu.
