This house is located just 1 mile from beach and just few blocks from Mizner Park. The backyard is attach to a big park with basketball courts, tennis court, soccer field, children play grounds, walking and jogging trails and a small intercostal beach
The house has a heated pool, BBQ, covered patio with hummock and patio furniture.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
Bed #1 has a king bed and bathroom in it Bed #2 has 3 twin beds, and Bed #3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen sized sofa bed in the living room giving you ample sleeping room for up to 8 people.
The house has been recently renovated with a new kitchen, new appliances and all new furniture with Thistle Flooring.
Located only 2 blocks from the house is a Publix supermarket and many restaurants and bars.
There are 3 bicycles, beach chairs, pool/beach towels and a beach umbrella to be use by our clients.

Boca Perfect

Totally enjoyed 6 weeks of great weather. The house was large and comfortable in a great location within walking distance to stores, restaurants and Meisner park. The beach is a short drive. The backyard provided privacy due to the house’s location. It was clean, with everything needed for a long getaway. The kitchen appliances and utensils were in good condition including the pots and pans (not always the case with vacation rentals), as was the bbq grill. The heated pool was a delight and much enjoyed as was the billiards table in the living room. Especially important is the manager who takes care of the house and Gino was always available and made sure that any issues that occurred were addressed and corrected immediately.

Best swimming pool design for kids we ever had. The house is just like in the pictures, maybe better. The host was excellent.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was spacious and in a great location. The kids loved the pool ! We would hope to stay here again!!

Great location and spacious living area for family

This home was in such a great location! We walked to Publix grocery store, Dollar Tree and Chipolte restaurant. We walked to the park to let the grandkids get their wiggles out. The park has a walking trail with exercise stations, slides, swings and a play fort type structure. The neighbors were very friendly. We walked up the street to see the Christmas lights and spoke to several people. We ate at The Hen and the Hog per Kevin's suggestion. They have "HUGE" portions. Luckily the waitress warned us. It was delicious. We ate at Crazy Uncle Mike's for my birthday with the family. They were so very accommodating and had live music. Great fun. We went to Sugar Sand Park about 15 minutes drive. It was the most amazing park for kids I've ever been to. Our grandson is autistic and he couldn't get enough of it. Put the kids in swim suits and bring towels & clothes to change in to. They have a carousel open on weekends when we were there. Bring cash as there is a machine to get tokens to ride it. Don't forget to go to Mizner Park. It was decorated for Christmas and we got lots of photos. Ice Cream from Sloan's topped off a great evening out. This home was very clean and the owner's came by to fix the issue we had with the pool. There were plenty of things stocked in the kitchen and lots of pool items we played with. It was on a quiet cul-de-sac and the landscaping was beautiful. When we come back to Boca Raton we hope this home will be available.

We stayed a week inNoca Raton to attend and celebrate our Daughter's marriage...

Excellent property and location. All 5 of us had pleenty of room. The property is well maintained and is as advertised. If ever in Boca Raton, we will definitely satay here again.
