newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, cable tv and wifi, 10 minutes to gulf waters by boat via canal. Large lot with room for parking your boat trailer and/or RV. New Sunwest Beaches Park . County Park with sandy beach within 2 miles. Hudson is within an hour drive to Tampa and Orlando is About 1 1/2 hour. Charter fishing is available for offshore and flats for anglers. Fish from your boat or off the dock. Mantee and dolphins may appear in your backyard canal.

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed staying at the cottage for a getaway. We brought our kayaks and spent the days on the water and evenings enjoying the fire.the yard is completely fenced in and was perfect for our pups.

Great!

We had a wonderful stay, we fished, hiked, and enjoyed the sun, our host was super nice. The place was clean and beds were comfy. We really appreciated the fenced in yard for our pups, hated to leave and return to the cold Michigan weather!

Great stay

The location was what drew us to this home and it worked out great. The fenced yard was awesome for our dog. Nice walkable neighborhood. We were there for the month of January and the weather did not cooperate (everyone said it was the worst winter in at least a decade). Because of the weather, we did not get out and explore as much as we would have liked. House itself is nice and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the living room furniture is not the most comfortable (we spent more time there than someone normally would because of weather and a health issue that came up while there). This is a solid 5 star review and we had a great time despite a few things out of everyone's control!

Wonderful Place

The Salt Life property is wonderful! All of our friends and family, including Vida the dog, enjoyed our stay very much. The fenced-in yard was great for our dog, we loved the huge deck, screened in porch with tv, fire pit, and the waterfront. We will definitely stay here again. Bill, the owner, was so helpful. He responded to any questions or things we needed super-fast and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this property.

Nice getaway

Enjoyed having such a nice place close by my family. Very clean had lots of extras. Was a huge bonus getting to bring my dogs.
