Centrally located with views across to Federation Square, MCG and Tennis Centre and just a short walk to the Yarra River, this light filled apartment with large windows is the perfect base camp for discovering the secrets of the city of Melbourne.

Located diagonally opposite Federation Square this charming light filled apartment has high ceilings with period windows and timber floors. European appliances feature in the modern fully equipped kitchen. The living zone has a Danish dining table with Series Seven chairs and an Italian leather sofa and a Samsung smart TV and Sonos Audio to keep you entertained. FREE unlimited WiFi .

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with touch on lamps.

There are laundry facilities with a dryer and an Asko washing machine.

The modern bathroom has a walk in shower and natural light though overhead windows.

The Neighbourhood

Situated in the Paris end of the CBD the abode has exclusive shops, bars and restaurants on its doorstep. A short walk up Oliver Lane leads you to Coda, Lucy Liu and Chanel.

In the heart of Melbourne with trams and trains close by the apartment is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the International Comedy Festival, Melbourne Arts Festival, Summer Music Festival, Midsumma Festival, Formula One Grand Prix, Moomba, Australian Open, Royal Melbourne Show, Spring Racing Carnival and of course the AFL Grand Final.

Getting Around

Leave the car at home........walk, tram,train or bike anywhere you want to go. Trams are FREE in the CBD.

If you need your car there are commercial car parks close by in Flinders Street.

The Oliver Lane Accommodation was absolutely perfect for our needs. Easy access to trams, restaurants and gorgeous little laneway coffee shops and cafes. Seriously, it was a great experience. :) Totally trouble free. Everything you could need had been thought of and was there. Location unbeatable for a short stay to look around and experience Melbourne.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of food shopping, clothing and gift shopping, restaurants, tram and train station right across the street. The amenities inside are perfect for dining in as well. Pots, pans, coffeemaker and nice stemware, flatware and dishes. Large refrigerator and stacked washer and dryer made our stay convenient. The bed is super comfy and the Sonos to play music was a plus.

Rodger was responsive prior to our arrival and met us to hand over the keys and give a tour of the apartment. We were very pleased with our choice of the property and highly recommend. You will not be disappointed!
