This very comfortable holiday home has location, functionality and serenity to make any holiday simply great!

A genuine Queensland lifestyle welcomes you with front porch, living area, 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with bay window) modern bathroom, kitchen (with servery)and dining room bi-folds open completely to the north facing entertaining deck where you can relax comfortably and enjoy the year round sunshine.

Downstairs the beneath garage has space to park a boat trailer and vehicle. The powder room and the laundry are also beneath the house ... you will find the tropical garden is well maintained and a safe, securely fenced area for the family to play. The outdoor shower is located here, great following a day at the beach.

Raffles is well located to the Noosaville restaurant precinct, Tewantin township the Marina as well as only a short drive to Noosa Heads and Noosa Civic for your shopping. All of which are a flat walk or use the charming Noosa Ferry, including the famous Hastings Street. Convenient Bus stops will also transport you to these areas and beyond.
