About Ehab

Recently my wife and I moved to the suburbs and were in the process of putting this property on the market for rent. Coincidently a friend of ours and his wife were visiting from out of town and had booked their stay through another service, but their host canceled at the last minute.

Since our apartment wasn't rented yet we offered to let them stay in our apartment and they absolutely loved it. They raved about it's location and how nice it was inside. They told us about HomeAway and how we must list our place on there as visitors to Washington DC would absolutely love staying there. And so here we are. Hope you like staying there as much as they did!

Perfect place to stay!

Very nice home in the perfect location. No need for a car, it was only a few blocks to the metro station, only 1/2 block to a grocery store and numerous shops within walking distance. The home has everything that you will need, however long your stay and the owners are the nicest owners that I have encountered over the numerous years that I have been using VRBO. We will be back.

Great Great location

Property was nice. It should be noted that both bathrooms are on upper floor while one bedroom is downstairs. There is no real place to sit down and eat....wasn't an issue for us because we wanted to eat out most of the time. Hope to return some day.

Great location!

We had a marvelous time in DC. The apartment had everything we needed, and Trader Joes across the street was handy for groceries. We did bring an air mattress and put it in the upstairs bedroom (only because there is no way my teenage daughters would survive in the same bed). Having two bathrooms is a huge plus. You get a lot for the price. We were able to walk to the White House one day, and walk over to Georgetown on another day. We had Uber come to the door when needed. The location is just great. Ehab was very helpful when I needed parking advice(we drove), and with a little research , I found a reasonable Lot to park our car for 4 days over on DeSales street. I mention this because parking could be a HUGE hassle in DC if you don't plan. We planned and it worked out perfectly. We would stay here agin. Thanks!

I have nothing but good things to say about about this property and about the owner. It is extremely convenient to downtown Washington where I needed to be. It is a beautiful, clean, well-maintained apartment and Ehab the owner was extremely responsive to my queries. I highly recommend.

Large 2 Level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Duplex located in West End/Foggy Bottom/Dupont Circle area. Very nicely furnished and equipped.

Restaurants, shops, sight seeing & entertainment of Foggy Bottom, Dupont Circle, Georgetown and Downtown DC are outside your front door.

Across the street Trader Joe's grocery, 10 minute walk to Whole Foods, 5 minute walk to Metro.

The best thing about this accommodation aside from it's many comfortable amenities is its 5 Star location. It is sandwiched between the best luxury hotels in the world including The Ritz Carlton, The Park Hyatt, The Fairmont, and The Four Seasons Hotel. They are all steps away. And if they're there you know it's the best address in DC. You just don't have to pay the very high per night rate :0

If you are sightseeing or visiting George Washington University or Georgetown University with the kids...it's an awesome location. They are both so close.
