Pleasant resort space

Property as described. Clean, nice layout, private space/bathroom for each bedroom, nice common area. Host was especially communicative. The facility may try to sell you on a timeshare, but they won't try too hard. There are a lot of amenities at the facility, which we didn't use because we were spending most of our time with family. It's probably convenient to tourist activities as well. Groceries, etc are nearby. In April you will apparently see baby geese :)

Peaceful and lovely stay

We loved our stay at powhatan - was very impressed with the updates and the amenities. We had a bit of an issue with the toilet but it was promptly fixed. We loved using the pool, mini golf, and the children's playground. The restaurant was a bit dated but we enjoyed their thanksgiving lunch immensely. Looking forward to coming back again.

Great location

Scott was very informative & helpful through the booking process. Our unit was clean, and updated. The location is great if you’re planning to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, or any of the zoos in the area. Would definitely book again.
