About this property

Amazing new villa.
Fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary for life. 5 minutes walk to a great clean Sanur beach, bars, shops, spa, restaurants.
The house has two floors.
FIRST FLOOR 2 bedrooms: master bedroom and kids bedroom with in-suite bathrooms ; living room and kitchen; terrace.
SECOND FLOOR :1 bedroom with in-suite bathrooms. Terrace with 2 sunbeds, 2 chairs and a dining table.
All bedrooms, kitchen, living room with individual air-conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest technology.
High-speed free Wi-Fi in all rooms of the villa.

The pool has two zones: the first zone 3 * 3m with 30cm deep children's area. The second area 5 x 10 m with depth from 90 to 180cm. There is a lot of place to swim for infants and older children, and adults to dive. Swimming pool with ozone water purification without salt and 10 times less chlorine than in standard pool.
KIDS. They villa is child friendly. All the rooms are closed. Stairs with gate are closed from children. We provide baby cot, high chair and toys. For extra payment we can arrange the pool fence. If you stay with us more than 2 weeks the pool fence is free.
Private parking.
Daily housekeeping is provided or on your request to keep your privacy.
When you check in, I will not be there to welcome you personally. However villa manager Pak Ketut introduce you to our staff, give you a tour around the villa and make sure that you'll feel comfortable settling in your new home.
Throughout your stay, we're also available via phone or text messaging so you can always ping us whenever you have any question about the villa or about Bali in general.

Beautiful, spacious property, so well appointed, peaceful, amazing pool, in a very quiet area but close proximity to the beach, great restaurants and day spas. Excellent service by property managers. We will return

It was great time at great place, overall our experience 10 out off 10. Greeting and airport and free transfer to our vila! Great location, 7 min to nearest beach where you can safely walk. A lot of small stores and restaurants in the area. The facility (vili) by itself looks better then on pictures on line , brain new Vila with luxury accommodation. Descent size backyard with huge swimming pool and a lot of privacy,,,anybody can swim naked enjoin water and suntan. Great view of swimming pool from second floor. Sophisticated décor on walls surrounding swimming are make it outstanding and remarkable. A lot of palm trees, bushes, flowers make the place cosy and inevitable. We were party of 5, 3 adult and 2 kids; it was plenty of space for us. 3 large bedrooms with full bath facilities. Huge living room, sitting area, dining room, an d fully equipped kitchen. Every room has it own character with nice décor. Service was great, manager , driver and cleaning lady-we were impressed by there service; Overall Olga a great owner to deal with !. No hiding fees! At this place.!
