Our home is located in northwest Omaha's premier community conveniently located just north of dodge street. Custom built ranch on walkout lot and quite street. Main floor has dining area, eat-in kitchen, 2 king bedrooms 2 1/2 baths - master has jet tub. Laundry Room complete with washer and dryer, covered deck. Lower level has large rec room with kitchen and 3/4 bath, king bedroom and 2 queen bonus room walk out with patio. 3 car garage, so you can park your rental car inside if needed.
My wife was born and raised in Omaha and I came to Omaha after graduating from Mankato State University. We both enjoy the many attractions and experiences that Omaha has to offer.

Quite simply, you won't find better comfort in West Omaha with a near perfect location to shopping, restaurants all at a more affordable price than a hotel...plus your entire family can stay together.

We had 3 families stay together in the house as we were attending a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay! The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was spacious and beautiful! The house is located in a very nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place for a large group!!
We had 4 adults and two teenagers here for a 5 day stay over Christmas, and I was pleasantly surprised with the finished basement, the spacious floor plan, and even the little touches like the previous renter leaving coffee behind and lots of kitchen gadgets for the two big meals we had with 12 people. Scott was very easy to work with, and was available for my several questions I had prior to our first day at the rental. Good location, easy to find, and was an easy commute to the folks independent living place and close to Village Point. This was our first Christmas not in the folks home, so it was important to do it right. This place worked out perfect for us. Thanks Scott!
Great property. Great location. House was very very clean and very very well stocked. Plenty of beds, rooms, couch spaces, etc. All linens were clean, tons of extra towels, wash cloths, etc. Two completely stocked kitchens. Was in town for a family wedding. We had ~15 people stay at this place comfortably. Owner was very attentive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks!
This is an awesome property. Exceptionally stocked with dishes, towels, toiletries, etc. It is about 15-20 min from downtown but easy to access and in a nice area. Scott was very accommodating and great to work with from pre-trip to check out. Great size of house. Lot of room. Nice sitting areas both upstairs and down! We had a great visit.
We stayed there with 4 couples. Two of the couples had children. We were able to put everyone into a bed with ease. We cooked the whole weekend, so it was wonderful to have dishes, bowls, utensils, etc. right there in the house.
One of the evenings we spent in the backyard just letting the children play. It was a quiet neighborhood, so it was very relaxing.
Scott was VERY easy to work with. We were able to get into the rental a bit early, which helped us a lot.
I've already recommended this property to friends who will be in Omaha next summer for a wedding.
