These luxury condominiums are perfect for family and friend get-aways while also being conveniently located for corporate needs or trials at the Federal Courthouse. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. Units feature high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings.
The pool, grotto, cabanas, sun deck and the hot tubs are immediately accessible in the courtyard to the rear of the property. There are 4 hot tubs on the property: two of them are private to the two units that have their own private 2nd floor patio decks and 2 are available to all guests with both freshwater and saltwater options available for your enjoyment. Enjoy a midday or night dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto. Sun bathe on the sun deck overlooking the pool or relax in the cabanas.
Feel like kicking back and cooking at home? No problem, gas grills are available to grill your favorite steak or burgers and fully stocked kitchens are at your disposal in your unit. The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

All units have fully equipped kitchens, dish wear, glasses, flatware, laundry machines, and bath towels. Pool towels are also available.
This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at over 1,500 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls and large french doors blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The bedrooms are quaint, functional, with en suite baths and located just off the main living area and one is quietly tucked away on the split level up a few steps from the living room (see light blue area in floor plan above.) All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This units is located on the 1st floor and has easy access to the pool, grotto, and courtyard.
There is always something happening in the French Quarter, or CBD, be it a festival, parade, convention, or just a beautiful day. Walk to your favorite restaurant, take a paddlewheel cruise, go on a horse drawn buggy ride on a cool night, and explore jazz clubs and bars. This is a great property in the greatest city in the world...

Once a year we make a girls trip to warm weather. Well after 14 years of girls get away trips, this was absolutely the best vacation we have ever had. The natchez blew us away! The only way to describe it is awesome. From the very cool interior, to the fully stocked fridge and pantry (we used the shopping service) the staff gave us restaurant and catering suggestions, it was an awesome experience. We even had boiled crawfish delivered and catered. We enjoyed them on the beautiful roof patio in the courtyard area. All the ladies in our group decided to return to the Natchez and the Big Easy for our next trip. It was unanimous, we will be booking this condo again next year! We would highly recommend the Natchez to anyone looking for a great time.
I am a frequent visitor to New Orleans - and a former resident. I have stayed at MANY of the area hotels - low end, business-type, and luxury. I have rented VRBOs all over town. I am familiar with the options available in the area. Here is what I have to say about my stay at The Natchez:
The building is ideally suited for walking to FQ, Marigny, WH district, or CBD. The streetcar to go uptown or the Irish Channel is nearby. Parking is easy - $25-30 dollars per day for in-and-out privileges at two lots across and behind The Natchez. Pretty good deal for downtown parking! Nearby morning coffee options are limited (I live in Seattle - so this is a big negative!), but a 10 minute walk can take you to a variety of decent food places.
WHEN IT IS COMPLETED - this will have a killer pool and hot tub situation. However they were not yet operational in April - but management refunded us 10% of our rental fee. Thanks....but a targeted email stating that certain amenities are NOT usable is more appropriate than simply EXPECTING me to look at the website for updates LONG AFTER paying my money for a POOL!
Anyway - if the management is reading this, please note that dish towels or hand towels would be nice. We had to use wash cloths. Also, the showers should REALLY have doors or at least shower curtains - those fancy-looking showers make a huge mess. High pressure shower heads with multiple sprayers? No way to contain the splash? POOR PLANNING.
Also - please tell your desk employees to NOT hang out outside the windows of the FIRST FLOOR UNIT. In fact - I don't recommend the bottom/street level unit due to the incredible amount of street noise. You can hear EVERYTHING EVERYONE says as they walk by on the street. Maybe consider insulated glass for those windows at street level? That is fairly intolerable. I suggest ONLY staying on the upper floors.
Originally, we were told that the building would be finished in November, 2015, then January, 2016. We arrived on a Friday afternoon in February to find workmen in our rooms. They left an hour afterward, but the rooms were clearly unfinished. Sorry that I can not upload pictures, so that you could see the bedroom with only a mattress and NO dresser; a dumpster outside our street level windows; uninstalled dishwasher; no shower doors or shower curtains, so the bathroom was soaked every day; light fixtures that were not completely installed in the ceiling and were left hanging, a shower that didn't drain; unfinished flooring; and other deficiencies. I understand that construction issues arise. The manager promised us a refund, which we never received. after a few emails, including a " refund check is in the mail" promise, we did not receive any refund and I disputed a portion of the charge with my credit card company. They issued a credit, only to reverse it when the refund was disputed by the building's management. After sending the credit card company copies of emails and photos of the rooms, The credit card company issued the refund. Although the rooms should be finished by now, do you want to deal with management that treats its guest like this? My suggestion is to look elsewhere on VRBO.
WOW!! We arrived on a Friday at the Natchez with a group of 12 for a getaway in New Orleans and what a great place! The owners have done a superb job of marrying old "NOLA" with beautiful contemporary finishes. It is simply beautiful. Everything is stocked in the units to make each guest feel completely at home. I literally felt like I was in my home as everything is provided that you would need to cook with friends and have a great time without going out to eat every night. The location is also top notch. Anything you might need or forgot to bring with you is there...I forgot my blowdryer and they had one in our unit. That was a lifesaver for me. The hotel is close to everything....casino, the super dome, french quarter and the most fabulous restaurants in the world! Just step out on the streets and New Orleans is there to greet you, however, you don't need to leave the Natchez to have a great time!! The units are spacious and perfectly appointed with top end appliances, art, bedding, and details. We will be going back to the Natchez. I just wish it was sooner than later!!
