About this property

This 4 bedroom 4 bath unit is a very comfortable at just over 1,500 sq ft and overlooks the courtyard, pool, cabanas, and grotto. It has two private balconies overlooking the courtyard. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls in the living areas, along with the large French doors, exposed beams, and cathedral ceilings blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. Almost every bedroom has a huge 4’ x 4’ skylight with motorized shades and each bedroom has an en suite bath. One bedroom is elevated on the split level up a few steps from the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip. This units is located on the 3rd floor and overlooks the courtyard.

Overall the stay was pleasant. Only drawback was that the dishes were not clean and the heat did not work throughout the night. The common areas are drafty. Had to place a towel at the door to keep cold out

Noteworthy Stay!

Staying at The Natchez definitely played an essential role in the success of our mother/daughter trip! From the moment we got there, the front desk staff was very welcoming, helpful and informative (personal shoutout to Josiah). There basically was someone at the front desk at all times of day, which was comforting to know in case of emergency, as well as it being convenient for minor things, such as needing more towels. The space itself was very clean, modern, well organized and presentable- making it apparent that they were intentional about wanting it to feel like a home away from home. A personal favorite of ours, is that there are thermostats in each room in the condo to adjust the temperature to the liking of whomever resided in that bedroom. Additionally, a trip to the first floor for a nice, complimentary hot cup of coffee or tea in the mornings was definitely a plus. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we will be sure to recommend staying at The Natchez to friends and family

The Natchez-Louisiana

My family and I wanted to be within walking distance of The French Quarter. Of course safety and dining is also at the top of our list. We did not use the pool, however we did check it out and it is wonderful ! The Natchez met all our needs! We also recommended “Mother’s” restaurant. It’s very good and only a couple blocks from The Natchez. We will stay here again!
