Located a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and World War II Museum. These luxury condominiums are perfect for family and friend get-aways while also being conveniently located for corporate needs or trials at the Federal Courthouse. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. Units feature high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings. All of our countertops at The Natchez are custom made out of 200+ year heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the renovation and restoration of this historic Greek Revival building.

The pool, grotto, cabanas, sun deck and the hot tubs are immediately accessible in the courtyard to the rear of the property. There are 4 hot tubs on the property: two of them are private to the two units that have their own private 2nd floor patio decks and 2 are available to all guests with both freshwater and saltwater options available for your enjoyment. Enjoy a midday or night dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto. Sun bathe on the sun deck overlooking the pool or relax in the cabanas.

Feel like kicking back and cooking at home? No problem, gas grills are available to grill your favorite steak or burgers and fully stocked kitchens are at your disposal in your unit. The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

Rest well knowing that you are safe and sound in this very private and secure property with security cameras and keyed access to the building and suites.

Walk to your favorite restaurant or jazz club: you are within short walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter, CBD or Warehouse District and a 1 block walk to the historic St. Charles Streetcar line.

The property is ideally located for Mardi Gras, Jazz fest, and all of the French Quarter festivals and events. Famous Royal Street which is renowned for antique shopping, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants is only a short walk away, as is Bourbon Street and all of its entertainment, energy, and excitement. Enjoy the Aquarium of the Americas, and the IMAX theater. Try your luck at Harrahs Casino-- everything in easy walking distance of the property.

All units have fully equipped kitchens, dish wear, glasses, flatware, laundry machines, and bath towels. Pool towels are also available.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit is a very comfortable at over 1,500 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls and large French doors blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The bedrooms are quaint, functional, with en suite baths and located just off the main living area. One bedroom is quietly tucked away on the split level up a few steps from the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This unit is located on the 1st floor and has easy access to the pool, grotto, and courtyard.

What makes this condo unique

Impeccably restored circa 1830 building just a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter, and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, and World War II Museum. These beautifully restored luxury condos are perfect for family and friends get away.

We went for my wife's 30th birthday and all six of us agree this was the perfect rental. We could have spent the whole trip right in the condo and playing in the pool and rooftop sun deck. We spent a good amount of time out on the roof deck, cabanas and in the pool. We walked every day and night to Canal and Bourbon St. which is only about a 3 min walk. Can't ask for a better location. Management was very accommodating as well. We plan to go back for Mardi Gras in a couple years and if this condo or another one in this property (they have 12 different condos in this building) is available, we are definitely staying there.

Great place, Great Location

We needed a place that could handle a family setting and be close to places of interest for both youngsters and adults.

The apartment was perfect, handled 6 adults and a child. Great access to eating out as well equipped for a night of family dinner eating in.

Staff was friendly and very helpful.

We will be back again.

It was absolutely perfect!

We had five girls fly in for a bachelorette party and the trip was perfect because of this space. The rooms/beds were so comfortable and the space was open and perfect for getting ready and spending time together. The hot tub and pool were great (pool doesn't get much sun but it was so warm and comfortable it didn't matter). We had a great time on the rooftop hot tub and walked everywhere for meals when we weren't busy cooking with their fancy grills. The staff was also amazing! We will definitely be back!

Laid back Nola Style

The Staff The Staff The Staff !!!!! Those Guys Kick some Major Ass !!! Overall My Friends and I couldn't have asked for better place to stay ! With only seeing computer images of the layout of the place , I was little skeptical, but once you walk into one of there many Condos , your breath is taking away. I will be staying there every year if I can for Jazzfest , but gonna have to book early because once this secret Oasis gets out it will be hard to book without doing it a year in advance!!! Not only is the Staff Awesome and Super laid back, they provided every guest to free drinks out of there Pop up bar for the entire weekend !! Once they get those Cabanas built , it will all become full circle.. my only knock on the place is that the Construction Crews who built the place could have done a better job of fine tuning there final product ..Overall you would be foolish not to stay there at least once if you have the chance

Extremely Disappointed!

Where to begin? I'll start with the positives - the Natchez is in a great location! It's close to everything and we were able to walk or Uber to all our destinations. The condo itself was well appointed (for the most part) and the staff accommodated our request for a 2-hour late check out.

Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Our group was blown away by how loud the Natchez is. One of the bedrooms is right off the lobby and is subjected to noise ALL day & ALL night. People loudly enter & exit the building at all hours, the elevator dings every few minutes, the staff sits in the lobby & chit chats, and tenants constantly stop at the front desk asking for directions, suggestions, etc. There is continuous noise & conversation and all of it can be heard word-for-word from the small bedroom in this unit. There is virtually no break from the noise! Several times we asked the front desk staff to please try to keep noise at a minimum, but the noise never let up. My husband and I wore earplugs each night, but it is nearly impossible to get any sleep in this bedroom - we averaged 2 hours/night. The 2nd bedroom is right on Natchez St. and there is construction at all hours, loud trash trucks each morning, and rowdy party goers walk the street well into the wee hours.

The condo is also lacking a few things – first and foremost, the pool & hot tubs that were supposed to be open were not. We were told upon arrival that they weren’t open yet because they failed inspection. Considering that these features must be built into the rental price, this was extremely disappointing. Also, housekeeping was terrible! They came one day and made up 1 of the 3 beds and freshened the towels in 2 of the 3 bathrooms. And they neglected to find the condom wrapper on the living room floor that a previous tenant left. So gross! Additionally, the shades in the living room did not work – you could pull a cord & lift them, but there was no way to keep them open. The whole condo is very cave-like and it would've been nice to let in some light. There was no wine opener in the kitchen & no broom in the unit (but we were told to leave the unit “broom clean”). We had to get both items from the front desk. Each bathroom had only 1 bar of soap so we had to keep moving it from the sink to the shower. Not a huge deal, but a bit of a pain. And several of the outlets didn't work which led to uncharged phones the next morning. Very frustrating.
