Located a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and World War II Museum. These luxury condominiums are perfect for family and friend get-aways while also being conveniently located for corporate needs or trials at the Federal Courthouse. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. Units feature high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings. All of our countertops at The Natchez are custom made out of 200+ year heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the renovation and restoration of this historic Greek Revival building.

The pool, grotto, cabanas, sun deck and the hot tubs are immediately accessible in the courtyard to the rear of the property. There are 4 hot tubs on the property: two of them are private to the two units that have their own private 2nd floor patio decks and 2 are available to all guests with both freshwater and saltwater options available for your enjoyment. Enjoy a midday or night dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto. Sun bathe on the sun deck overlooking the pool or relax in the cabanas.

Feel like kicking back and cooking at home? No problem, gas grills are available to grill your favorite steak or burgers and fully stocked kitchens are at your disposal in your unit. The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

Rest well knowing that you are safe and sound in this very private and secure property with security cameras and keyed access to the building and suites.

Walk to your favorite restaurant or jazz club: you are within short walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter, CBD or Warehouse District and a 1 block walk to the historic St. Charles Streetcar line.

The property is ideally located for Mardi Gras, Jazz fest, and all of the French Quarter festivals and events. Famous Royal Street which is renowned for antique shopping, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants is only a short walk away, as is Bourbon Street and all of its entertainment, energy, and excitement. Enjoy the Aquarium of the Americas, and the IMAX theater. Try your luck at Harrahs Casino-- everything in easy walking distance of the property.

All units have fully equipped kitchens, dish wear, glasses, flatware, laundry machines, and bath towels. Pool towels are also available.

This poolside 3 bedroom 3 bath unit is very comfortable at over 1,400 sq ft and has direct access to the courtyard, pool and cabanas through a large set of double French doors. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls in the living areas, along with the large French doors blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The exposed brick walls in the bedrooms are dramatic, and comforting. Each bedroom has an en suite bath and one is elevated on the split level up a few steps from and overlooking the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This unit is located on the 1st floor and is basically swim in - swim out.

We took some friends for a long weekend which included a get together with our local New Orleans friends as well. The Natchez was the absolute perfect place for New Orleans newcomers, veterans and locals. The skyline views at night are unrivaled. We've stayed in a number of NOLA hotels and nobody has anything like this. The accomodations are spectacular! The open floor plan is perfect for a party...and then there's the rooftop deck. The outdoor area has hot tubs, cabanas and a BBQ station that we loved . The pool is heated, so you could actually go for a swim in January! The atmosphere is totally laid back. For six adults, the rooming situation is great with plenty of privacy but even more shared space. The place is really well stocked - the kitchen, fully outfitted and lots of amenities in the bathrooms in case you forgot something (and the bathrooms are awesome!). The location is ideal, with everything only a few minutes walk away. It's an awesome place.

Outstanding spot for Mardi Gras/City exploration

We loved our stay at the Natchez during Mardi Gras! It was the absolutely perfect location to access the uptown parade routes (we went up St. Charles past Lee Circle the pedestrian gates) and also access the quarter.

The condo was beautiful and we also enjoyed having access to the hot tub. The Natchez also provides a 24 hr front desk person (who gave us incredible advice about the parades), coffee, snacks, and ponchos.

This is the perfect location to enjoy access to the quarter but not be in the middle of it. Everywhere we went was accessible by foot, and it is extremely close to Morher’s — one of my favorite New Orleans spots! Book now you won’t regret it.

Loved this Condo!

This was a really great Condo! Very modern blended with 100+ year old architecture. We loved this place and the location was central to everything. We loved being poolside and spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The fully supplied kitchen and BBQ station worked out great for our group as we cooked at the unit a couple of nights. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone and will definitely stay here whenever we are in New Orleans.

Worst stay ever...

On our recent trip to NO, I selected this property so my family could stay in one place together instead of getting multiple hotel rooms. The pictures look great, the description made the property seem like just what we needed. Unfortunately, it fell way short.

Upon arrival, it was pouring rain. We circled the block three times in search of the driveway, parking area or drop off location. Finally, I called the property and was informed that there was no place to pull in, and yes, the door marked Natchez (barely visible in the downpour) was the entrance to the building. There was nothing other than some translucent etching on the door to signal we had arrived at the location. We basically had to double park and haul in our suitcases while getting drenched.

When we arrived at the room, all appeared clean and ready for us. Unfortunately, shortly after starting to unpack my sister discovered the ceiling and walls were leaking water. We were told there was a jacuzzi above their room which was leaking, we were told there was a roof leak due to rain. I'm still not sure how the ceiling would start leaking on a 1st floor room, but apparently it's a regular occurrence since the cleaning person huffed upon entry stating she hated the room because she always had to clean up leaks when it rains. Not sure why they would put any guests there without fixing the issue, but alas it appears a standard practice. That might be why the room smelled of wet carpet or mildew once it started drying out.

The unit is on the first floor, but has an upstairs room inside the suite. Unless you are a very hard sleeper do not select this room. The bathroom wall butts up against the elevator shaft so you're treated to the sound of the elevator ascending and descending at all hours of the day and night. The hardwood floors are old and creaky and the walls are paper thin. One night at 3am, our upstairs neighbors returned and walked around and had a group conversation. We could hear every word to the point where we almost joined the discussion to settle a dispute. You will not get a moments rest in this room.

I specifically reserved the room with the attached patio because my family are smokers, only to be told we had to stand outside on the street to smoke. What an annoyance. Also the patio is where the pool is located, so we were treated to the noise of children enjoying the pool, but could not enjoy our outdoor space.

Bottom line, we won't ever be back.

While there is unfortunately very little we can do about the city ordinance restricting smoking areas, I am pleased to assure you that we have rectified the leak issues in our units and are happily able to provide white noise machines and ear plugs to mitigate any unwanted noise. The Natchez is located in a great area of the city; it's easily accessible to the French Quarter, but also very near the CBD and warehouse district! These areas offer a diverse personality of the city, including the awesome nightlife of the FQ and the art, wine bars and generally younger vibe of the district. The Natchez is a very chic building, rivaling properties around the world in which we have stayed. It combines the old world charm of brick walls and other interesting architectural aspects with a VERY mod flair!! The unit itself was very comfortable and 'open' which lent itself well to entertaining and being together; however, the bedrooms were separate and quiet enough to get away as needed. The common areas were a pleasure, and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub. I would have no reservations in recommending the Natchez to friends and family for their next escape to the Big Easy! * I'm not sure if it showed up, but my rating was 5 stars for this property!!

Being a native New Orleanian, I've had many opportunities for "stay-cations" down in the city and no accommodation rivals what my wife an I stayed in at The Natchez Hotel. The unit we stayed in totally encapsulated the unique character of the city with its brick interior walls, the stylish slate flooring and patio/Pool area that over looks Poydras. The amenities were first class! The open floor plan with countertop bar that joins the kitchen and living room turned it into a super social area for the friends we had with us. Bedrooms were extremely cozy and the bathrooms/showers were like that of a resort spa!

Can not say enough about this place! I will always make this my first choice when looking for a place to stay down in the city!
