Located a short 3 minute walk from the French Quarter and close to the Convention Center, Superdome, Aquarium of the Americas, and World War II Museum. These luxury condominiums are perfect for family and friend get-aways while also being conveniently located for corporate needs or trials at the Federal Courthouse. This property was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. Units feature high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings.

The pool, grotto, cabanas, sun deck and the hot tubs are immediately accessible in the courtyard to the rear of the property. There are 4 hot tubs on the property: two of them are private to the two units that have their own private 2nd floor patio decks and 2 are available to all guests with both freshwater and saltwater options available for your enjoyment. Enjoy a midday or night dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto. Sun bathe on the sun deck overlooking the pool or relax in the cabanas.

Feel like kicking back and cooking at home? No problem, gas grills are available to grill your favorite steak or burgers and fully stocked kitchens are at your disposal in your unit. The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

Rest well knowing that you are safe and sound in this very private and secure property with security cameras and keyed access to the building and suites.

Walk to your favorite restaurant or jazz club: you are within short walking distance to anywhere in the French Quarter, CBD or Warehouse District and a 1 block walk to the historic St. Charles Streetcar line.

The property is ideally located for Mardi Gras, Jazz fest, and all of the French Quarter festivals and events. Famous Royal Street which is renowned for antique shopping, art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants is only a short walk away, as is Bourbon Street and all of its entertainment, energy, and excitement. Enjoy the Aquarium of the Americas, and the IMAX theater. Try your luck at Harrahs Casino-- everything in easy walking distance of the property.

All units have fully equipped kitchens, dish wear, glasses, flatware, laundry machines, and bath towels. Pool towels are also available.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath unit is very comfortable at just under 1,500 sq ft. The living/ dining/kitchen are “open floor plan style” designed for socializing. All appliances are top of the line stainless steel. The unit is richly appointed with original paintings, art work, and local photography. The exposed brick walls and large 12’ windows blend with the modern furnishings and contemporary art. The bedrooms are quaint and functional with en suite baths and are located just off the main living area. One bedroom is on the split level up a few steps from the living room. All bedrooms are richly appointed and have either a king size or queen size beds. The kitchen is equipped with glassware, plates, flatware, pots, pans, etc. Simply walk in, unpack your bags, and enjoy your trip-- everything else should already be taken care of. This unit is located on the 2nd floor and has huge 12’ tall windows.

There is always something happening in the French Quarter, or CBD, be it a festival, parade, convention, or just a beautiful day. Walk to your favorite restaurant, take a paddlewheel cruise, go on a horse drawn buggy ride on a cool night, and explore jazz clubs and bars. This is a great property in the greatest city in the world...

Great place for our group!

The place was the perfect size for our party of 7 and was conveniently located to French Quarter, all other trips required an Uber.... Would definitely stay here again.

More promised than delivered

The Natchez promises an upscale alternative to hotels a short walk from the French Quarter. It is easy to get to the Quarter. Located on an alley-like street, The Natchez looks pretty good but on closer inspection the construction is cheap and maintenance a bit neglected. Light bulbs burned out, doors on cabinets not hung evenly, a storage area by the pool lacking a door, and little odds and ends that weren't quite right. It makes you wonder how "long in the tooth" it will look in a year or so. Noise between floors can be significant. The staff is great and attentive. The rooms were clean. When paying almost $1000 a night for a 3 bedroom, one just hopes for more from the finishes, furniture, etc.

Owner's Response: We are very sorry to hear you did not fully enjoy your stay with us at the Natchez and a bit surprised that you suggested cheap construction! Not sure what gave you that impression as all the finishes are high end and most reviews we receive make it a point of stating so. We checked the cabinet door alignment in the unit you stayed in (bathrooms and kitchens) and did not find anything out of alignment, but thank you for making that statement because it caused us to double-check all of our suites for properly aligned doors. We also had a note in our file that one LED light was replaced after your stay when the suite was inspected. The LEDs are supposed to last 50,000 hours and for some reason one of them in the suite you stayed in was malfunctioning. A quick call or stop by the 24 hour front desk would have remedied the problem in minutes. We are sorry we were not informed of this issue during your stay. Almost every wall in the building dividing units is 15” solid brick so noise is not usually a problem. Again, we wish you had notified the front desk of any noise issues so we could have investigated same. The Natchez recently received a 4.5 star rating from one of the largest booking agencies online which is the highest rating they offer without a restaurant being located in the same building. We are very proud of that rating and feel we honestly earned it. Again, we are sorry you didn’t fully enjoy your stay, and only wish we had heard from you while staying with us.

AWESOME PROPERTY!!!!

Great stay! We had the pleasure of staying at this new property in New Orleans for the weekend and it could not have been better. All units are unique and quite luxurious. The kitchen is well stocked for with anything you might need for cooking. All the staff we dealt with were quite friendly and helpful. The location is great for so many things. It is walking distance to many of New Orleans fantastic restaurants, famous Bourbon Street, the Riverwalk, Aquarium, and street car stops are close by for touring this wonderful city. We can't wait to return and enjoy a longer stay!!!

Simply Amazing!

WOW! We were one of the first guests to stay at this very cool new rental property that just opened. The place has 10 or 12 units that are all unique and different. We loved the place. The onsite managers were great, they were very helpful and suggested some really great restaurants that were easy walking distance. Bourbon Street is only about 3 or 4 minutes away. We will absolutely be back and will recommend this place to all our friends!

OMG!!!! We will never stay anywhere else. This is by far the best location and nicest place we have ever stayed. Well equipped spacious and BEAUTIFUL decor! Within walking distance from everywhere !! Our only mistake was not staying long enough. Beautiful view from the hot tub and super fun roof top pool. Cant wait to come back!!!!
