The house of 350 m2 is located in Suan Phlu street, very center of Bangkok in a quiet and secured private alley.
There are 4 bedrooms newly refurbished to accommodate you with the best comfort :
* Floor 2 : the Master bedroom suite with a king size bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom has windows on the 2 sides, one side leading to a private terrace !
* Floor 3 : 1 big bedroom with king size bed and 1 smaller bedroom with queen size bed. They share a bathroom with shower and WC.
* Floor 4 : 1 bedroom with a separated bathroom.
All the living space and dining space is on the ground floor in 3 different spaces, with air (website hidden) and high speed internet wifi are here for your convenience also !
There is a fully furnished kitchen with all new equipment (fridge/freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, cooking pans) and a new laundry washing machine that also does dryer.
The whole house is dedicated to you that makes you enjoy the stay in Bangkok with convenience and autonomy !

The location of our house in Suan Phlu, following the Marriott Residences and the very luxury Sukhothai Hotel and Residences, the proximity with Australian, German, Malaysian and Belgian embassies make the area very calm, and secure.
You just cross the street, there is the Suan Phlu Market with daily fresh products from the farmers. with plenty of street food small restaurants to taste the local cuisine.
Make a right same side of the street, you can enjoy having a lunch or breakfast at the restaurant of Marriott Residences, or different new restaurants always popping up in the street such as french, japanese and of course nice thai restaurants !
The 7-ELEVEN opens 24/7 is just in the corner of our private street.
The best hospital in Bangkok, BNH, at 5 minutes walking (you just cross Sathorn).
The big central park Lumpini, to enjoy running, or just walking around the lake, at 10 minutes walking.

Em (property manager) was great and accommodating. He speaks good English and was happy to give some guidance around local places. Cleaning crew has not finished because there was a confusion about the check in date, so we had to dust and wash floors ourselves.
The only things this house is missing is dishwasher, washer and dryer. However, Em took our clothes to dry cleaners and it was so affordable!
Air conditioning was great, house is spacious and charming, love balconies , nice neighbourhood. They brought us extra blankets and linens and 4 hairdryers real fast, no extra cost. If we go to Bangkok again we'd book with Em and this landlord again.
Very nice and well located house, welcoming hoste. A few more house equipements would be appreciated, especially for 7 people. Will be glad to come back again.
Idéalement placé, cet appartement est grand mais nécessite d'être en bonne condition physique (3 étages). La cuisine n'offre pas la possibilité de manger sur place, il n'y avait pas assez de couverts, de verres, d'assiettes ..... Peu d'équipements également, contrairement à ce qui est noté dans l'annonce, pas de machine à laver ni de sèche linge.
