It is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home with two master bedrooms on the gulf side with true king beds and private balconies. Two other bedrooms; one with a queen and one with two twins along with two twin sized roll-away beds. It has a private elevator, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, outside shower, and underneath parking. For those who are concerned about parking during peak times, no worries, this unit has an additional reserved parking space for your boat or SUV.

A private community boardwalk leads to the beach. SeaCliffs is conveniently located within walking distance of St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. Cape San Blas and SeaCliffs are located in the 'Old Florida' panhandle just 50 miles SE of Panama City near historic Port St. Joe, where the Florida Constitution was established 200 years ago. New for 2015, Gulf County has passed an ordinance known as "No Trace Behind". It is now illegal to leave non registered unattended property on the beach overnight. Glass/bottles are forbidden, and holes must be filled.

Mike and I have been married 21 years and are the parents to two wonderful girls. We live in Northwest Indiana, about 40 minutes from Chicago. We want to invite people to our townhome on Cape San Blas to remind them of simpler times and create lasting memories.

Why Pam and Mike Tezak chose Florida Panhandle

I grew up going to Destin prior to all of the development, when it was a TINY fishing village. We had 1 grocery located 20 minutes away, one pizza parlor, and Skeeball City. The beaches were quiet and unpopulated. SeaCliffs reminded me of these times. It offered natural beauty, quick access to the gulf, a bay, or a pool, excellent views and plenty of space for extended families. Whether you want a day at the beach, hiking in the state park, to go scalloping, or to relax and enjoy nature the cape has it covered.

What makes this townhome unique

Cape San Blas allows you to slow down and appreciate all the natural beauty it has to offer. I remember the days of all of us packing into a one level condo in Destin. Although i loved spending time with the whole family, by the end of the week, I was always wishing for a little privacy. The layout of these townhomes offer the best of both worlds.

This is the first time my family has stayed in a townhouse and we were not disappointed. Everything was so very nice and clean. Kitchen was great and has so much room to store groceries for two families. You can tell that the owners take pride in what they have.

Immaculate and Well Equipped

This was our first visit to Cape San Blas. Shorely Blessed was the most pleasant part of our visit. The town home is spacious, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped. The owners spared no expense on furnishings and housekeeping is attentive to every detail. Pam provided us with excellent information making our arrival very smooth. The gated community and well maintained grounds topped off a wonderful weekend. The weather was not the best so this gave us a chance to explore around town. Indian Pass Oyster Bar, Shipwreak and Tripple Tails served great food. Must visit Blue Water Outfitters...could have spent hours in here.

We arrived home and felt as if we had spent the weekend at a friends home....thank you Pam for such a wonderful and welcoming experience. We look forward to another visit in the near future.

Great rental! Highly recommended!

The house on Cape San Blas was a perfect rental for our 2 families. We were a group of 4 adults and 5 kids and the layout was perfect. Each family felt like they had their own floor and private balcony to enjoy in the evenings. It was our first time to Cape San Blas, so we didn't really know what to expect. Cape San Blas is a quiet beach area, conducive to plenty of beach and family time. We went out for ice cream daily. The donut shop was also a hit, and we recommend picking up fresh donuts, but get there early on they'll be all gone!

The rental was equipped with all we needed for the beach: toys, chairs etc. Going in to Port St. Joe is a bit of a trip to the nearest big grocery store (25 min each way), but there are a few boutiques and shops to check out. The Mexican restaurant in town is good too. We also enjoyed The Sunset Grille.

We would definitely return!

Cape San Blas is a warm, friendly beach community that takes pride in a relaxing atmosphere and limited development. With 20 miles of sugar white beaches and spectacular sand dunes, the cape is nestled between the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay. Cape San Blas is one of the last remaining beach sanctuaries along the beautiful Florida Panhandle–definitely one of the last uncrowded ones! There are no stop lights or high rise condos, just miles of uncrowded, unspoiled, dog friendly, white sand beaches. It's quiet, yet close to Port St. Joe (20 min) and Apalachicola (25 min) if you are in need of anything. Sea Cliffs townhomes are located gulf side in a private, gated community within walking distance to St. Joseph's State Park.
