If you want to travel someplace else the KLS LRT station is also just nearby. If you want to dine out with family and friends you can choose from several restaurants in the area.
House Rules: - Strictly No Smoking allowed in the premises. However, if you wish to smoke, you may smoke at the balcony.
- No friends are allowed to visit in the unit except at the lobby or at the public area
- No high volume of noise after 12 mid nite
- Drinking of alcohol is permitted but DO NOT get drunk! Drunken guest caused harm to others will be asked to leave the unit IMMEDIATELY with no refund of the balance!
- Guest who messed and caused horrible dirt will be charged with USD200 for cleaning.
- Guests are adviced to take off shoes inside the house :D
- Clean up the place like your home when you leave. Guest stays more than 7 days will be provided with a maid once a week at No charge! Bed Linings and towels will be changed once a week!
- Guests are adviced to wash all the dishes after used and to trash the kitchen waste every day to ensure no breed of flies and caused smell in the unit.
- Guests are adviced not to make noise in the elevators, hallways, lobby, etc...
- Access card and door key 1 unit* will be given upon your check-in
- Turn off all the switches eg air conditioning, heater, lights and Unplugged before you leave the your 'Home'.
* lost key/access card will be charged RM200 for replacement :-(
